Really happy with this project. I love doing these for the enjoyment and relaxation. My husband got a little jealous and wanted to do one as well. Friends are encouraging me to frame this one. Will definitely being doing more and have turned on some friends to these kits.

I am new to diamond art and ordered the 50x 65 pic with Square drills, with some trepidation, however the effect is stunning and I am glad I switched from round drills
The quality of the printing on the canvas is brilliant and i am not spending ages trying to work out what the symbols are - very happy !!
Fairly long wait for delivery was the only drawback

You can imagine my horror when I…
You can imagine my horror when I realized I was missing a color pod for my paint by number. You see it will be a wedding present for my granddaughter. An earlier version of the last supper hangs in my dining room. The problem was handled fast and efficiently by customer service. A new pod is on its way. Crisis averted thanks to figured'art.

Figured Art offers many benefits
Figured Art is a wonderful resources for an aging mind and shaking hands. The concentration required is very relaxing. The results,even when not perfect, are amazing. I've painted buildings, blossoms. portrait(Mrs. Klimt) and seasides. I highly recommend Figured Art for an enjoyable bit of me time. Plus, customer service is excellent.

Very misleading company
Very misleading company. Website gives the image it's uk based. My orders took 18 days to arrive only to find it had come from China. Definitely don't recommend and won't use again.

Great Quality, Great Support
It was great to discover paint by numbers geared to adults. The quality of the paint and interest of the pieces is very good. The canvases are accurately rated beginner to advanced. When my second order did not arrive, Figured'Arts went way out of their way to determine what happened and then make it right. My missing canvas never did show up but Customer Service stayed in touch. They really care about their products and their customers.

This is a company that cares
The customer support team at Figured'Art are from the old school. They respond to your concerns, find a way to fix a problem, and are genuinely glad when, if there is a glitch (which rarely happens, ) it is resolved. They don't fall back on "company Policy" to get out of helping with a problem.

the picture says it all
The painting kit arrived promptly and well packaged.
it was already mounted in its frame making it easier to handle, than it I had mounted on the board I use when painting. Initially I had reservations about the topic but as work commenced the painting became very enjoyable. All my friends who have seen it say the end product is excellent.

Wanted to finish a PBN that I started last year. Two of the paint wells could not be saved. Emailed the company and asked if I could purchase extra paint. Yes, but needed the lot #. James worked with me to acquire the information and today I have the correct paint to complete my project.

Does not come with enough paint
The kit does not come with enough paint - I ran out of 2 colours before I was even halfway through. To order new paint, you have to jump through hoops with an AI email (taking photos of the canvas, then a follow-up email asking for reference numbers etc) AFTER payment is already taken, which added a week. Then another 3 weeks to deliver. Then the colours don't even fully match. It doesnt necessarily matter because I'm not going to display it but the principle annoys me. You can't leave reviews on the website so I'm leaving one here!

We couldn’t find a record of the original painting under your name, since it had been gifted to you. That’s why when you ordered the extra paint kit, we asked for details like photos of the canvas or the lot number — this was the only way for us to identify the correct SKU and reproduce the matching colors from our overseas workshop.
We’re sorry this process felt so complicated and time-consuming. Matching paint sets can be challenging because slight differences can occur between production batches. In your case we regret that the replacement paints were not up to your expectations.
With thousands of kits shipped every day, paint issues are rare, but when they do happen, it matters to us that customers feel supported. We’ve already reached out to you by email with a goodwill offer, and we sincerely hope you’ll consider trying a full kit directly from us in the future so we can deliver the experience you deserve.

Very satisfied customer
Diamond art kit arrived in a damaged box. The contents were fine but it was a gift for my niece and I didn't want to gift a present looking damaged. Contacted the customer service team and a new replacement box was received today. Extremely happy with the service. They went above and beyond the service you usually get from other websites.

A completely waste of time
A frustrating experience from start to finish.
I won’t write a longer review because just going through this experience has already been exhausting enough.
I ordered the personalized diamond painting kit over a month ago, and from that moment on, everything has been a complete disaster. The calculations were wrong from the start — I was sent 20 times fewer diamonds than needed for some colors. I requested a replacement… and they sent me a loose bag with the wrong color.
Later, I realized that ALL the colors were miscalculated. And the customer service team had the nerve to ask me to tell them which colors and how many pieces were missing. Seriously? The kit has 19,200 diamonds — do you really expect me to know that by heart?
Since then, I’ve received two replacements and had to send countless emails to customer support due to constant mistakes. The pieces come from China, in loose envelopes, with no quality control whatsoever.
What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift turned into a slow, frustrating, and draining ordeal.
And worst of all: after more than a month of pointless back-and-forth, I haven’t even been able to give the gift to the person it was meant for.
And yet they still have the nerve not to offer a refund.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstance. Rating: 0.
