Happiness and Quality on two wheels !!

It is a really wonderful moment to see a smile on your child's face, and this bike delivers that every single day! She absolutely loves riding it, and what amazes us is her energy. She cycles 12–13 km daily to and from school and still doesn’t get tired.

The quality of the bike is outstanding, exactly as promised, and the assembly was quick and effortless. Truly a fantastic purchase — highly recommended!

We were looking for two cargo bikes for our sons. Fietsenplaats offered the best quality for a decent price. The bikes were delivered the next day with good communication from the courier. The bikes needed to be assembled but that was as advertised and not complicated. Links to YouTube instructional videos were provided on receipt.

I urgently needed a bike so i called them yesterday confirming that it would be delivered the next day before ordering . So I ordered it online yesterday for delivery for today (as they promise on the website and on the phone). I did not receive any email on the delivery and now when I called them I heard that I will only receive it NEXT WEEK. This would be too late as I needed it this weekend.

Hello. Post NL delivered the product late. However, the bike installation went smoothly. My daughter's happiness with the bike was enough to leave everything behind.

There were not enough instructions provided for the assembly, and most of the mounting clips did not match the ones that came with the product. Additionally, the back wheel was not mounted correctly and was misaligned. As a result, I had to take the bicycle to a repair shop to have it properly adjusted.

After spending a few weeks searching online and visiting bike stores in my area I came across the website fietsenplaatsnl The prices were much cheaper than I saw anywhere else so it seemed perfect, I made a brief search and found the reviews were mixed and mostly positive so I placed my order. Later I noticed there were more reviews that were recent and they were terrible, complaint after complaint about this company and I'd already sent my money, full of regret I prepared for the worst as wasn't sure if the bike would even arrive.

Around 24 hours later I received an email with tracking informing me the bike was shipped. I was still suspicious at this point if I'm honest.

Within 2 days of ordering the bike arrived, it needed some assembly and was fairly straight forward, it was a help having the instructional video to refer to for guidance. All in all it took around 2 hours to assemble it fully, a bike spanner was provided, I did have to use my own basic tools as well but no big deal.
The bike is of a good standard and I am very happy with my purchase. Very proud of my first new bike in NL, really great value for money.

I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to share my experience because of all the bad reviews about this company. It doesn't add up, either I was extremely lucky or the bad reviews are fake and left by a rival who can't compete with the prices.

Highly recommend this supplier, if you want a decent bike at a very good price.

Fast delivery, great quality product and a very good deal on the price! Received bike within 2 days, assembled rather easily and now ready to go! Happy with it so far.

The delivery took almost 10 days. They promised to deliver the bike twice before bringing it to a post NL punt but this didn't happen. I talked many times to the customer service and they did not offer constructive solutions but only pointed the finger to postNL. In the end, I had to solve the issue myself. It was very disappointing because the bike was for my daughter's birthday and I was almost left with no gift on her party day.
Additionally after building up the bike (which was not built up at 95% but way less), the front wheel is not straight and it makes a lot of friction with the breaks. After talking to the customer service, I am still not offered a good solution and this is now taking almost a month since purchase. I find it ridiculous!

After my negative review in this shop in trustpilot, they reached out to me via email and asked me to remove my comment, and in return they will send me the missing item (bike stand) that should have been included in the delivery from the beginning.
This is such a big scam, be mindful of ordering in this store.

Loving my new Cortego bike! It offers a superb ride, excellent build quality, and feels great on the road. Delivery was just a day late, but everything arrived perfectly. No complaints — a fantastic purchase!

Product: the bike we bought our daughter looks really nice, just like in the picture. Assembly went OK, there were no missing or damaged parts and a QR was enclosed which led to a helpful video tutorial. The material quality is not premium but decent, it matches the price. Honestly, we viewed Cortina bikes for 800eur and they felt way overpriced for the quality, especially compared to Cortego models on Fietsplaats.

Service: due to whit Monday they couldn't ship it on the promised day but a day later. What I really liked is that they sent an email pro-actively to inform us of not only the status but the resolution as well.

The cycel was delivered quickly , with a link to a quick you tube video that showed how to assemble the cycle .
The assembly was quick and easy and exactly as described in the video - all the parts and tools were in the package.

Order was not delivered the following day as promised but ok. The bike is good, it requires some work to make it ready.
I ordered a lock for my bike and they delivered a different one, cheaper of course.

I bought a girl bike for my 7yo daughter.
Everything came as expected, within the promised delivery time and in perfect conditions. The price was better than any other retail.

I bought the bike for my daughter, it came exactly as the picture true to measurements too, the material used is very strong and looks durable it will last her a long time. Delivery was quick which is a plus. I only realised later that an email was sent with assembling instructions but had tried to figure it ourselves.

Nice bike, it was delivered as promised. My daughter was so happy and she's very enthusiastic to use her new Cortega bike.
