Ordered back in September. Never received an email response or reply and never received the order. Website is now gone.

Ordered devils blood pure capsaicin dec 1st haven't heard back after 10 days then emailed about a tracking number got no response then I checked back today and the website is just gone . Stay away scam alert ⚠️

Absolute scam of company. Ordered the devil's blood drops over 5 weeks ago, took the money straight out my bank and received no product from them, no way of tracking the product either. I emailed them 3 times and no reply.
I put a dispute payment in through my bank and got my money back that way.
AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!

Recently done another hot chip challenge for my stream but it wasn't hot so we found this one...
I placed my order on November 6, 2024 and its just being processed...
i have sent an email 2 weeks after placing the order and that hasn't been responded to.
I have placed messages on there Facebook page.. that doesn't get any response.
i want to get my money back as they aren't bothering but how if i cant get in contact with them.

Placed my order on August 4th 2024 and received an order confirmation. Was stated it would be shipped in 10 business days. Received an email confirmation on August 5th about receiving my order.
It is now September 20th, and still have not received my order. Have emailed 3 times to inquire about my order and haven’t received ANY REPLY!
Poor customer communication and service.

Ordered two one-chip challenges from Fiery Jack's on 8-Sep-2024. Three weeks later, attempted contacting the merchant through their website to ask for tracking or shipping information. No response. The following week, tried emailing the merchant...but again, never received a response. Now it is 22-Oct-2024. Last week I filed a dispute with my credit card company as I literally received no response, and no product, from Fiery Jack's.

They take your money but don’t provide the goods. What words could you use to describe this approach to “business”? Yep, that’s exactly what they are. Avoid!!!

Order crisp and chocolate, money taken immediately from bank, 3 weeks later no goods arrived, sent 3 e mails and never heard from company. Awful service

I ordered the hottest chocolate bar for an xmas present but unfortunately my house number was not added to the delivery address, the item as you can imagine never turned up, i have contacted the company a number of times but nobody has contacted me back, i have been in touch with the post office who have informed me that because there is no number the item would just get shipped back to seller, i have again been back in touch with company and again nothing in return, the customer service is appalling, the products may be good but i am yet to try them, my advice is to avoid until they get their customer service sorted because if anything goes wrong then you are on your own and left with empty pockets.

My sister bought me the bundle box for Christmas (sibling rivalry at its peak). Ill cover what Ive had so review is a bit long. So far I've had a lollipop, 2 x impossiballs and a chip. There are also some little chocolates in with the chips, which are easy to underestimate, dont. They look sweet and innocent and taste quite nice, until they hit your stomach. There are 3 bottles of sauce, all of which are excellent and tasty, particularly the bbq one, last sauce.

The candy's are quite edible, get really hot towards the 5min mark but a very doable challenge if you like heat and can handle it pretty well. They actually taste nice with it which is a bonus. Done 9 mins on one of the balls, that was heavy, especially with no relief at all, even after it. Burn lasted about 15 to 20 mins and started to subside.

Beware of the chips and chocolate though. I can handle the heat but the gut is bad. The chips will induce adrenaline shakes even in the most seasoned pro. I've had a few chip challenges before claiming to be hot and can eat them like doritos. Fiery jacks deliver pure torture even in the mouth, which is saying something. I was laid out quivering after that chip. Its the hottest thing I've ever had. The mixture of the hottest chillis and extracts available is noticeable over and above the candy challenges by a long way. I think I went into shock off it and suffice to say had to drink way before the 5min mark.

Not sure how I'm going to deal with the chilliwonka bar as the little skull chocs are quite gut wrenching, though I didn't really prep for it and ate 2 of them with little thought. The first one was fine, a couple of minutes later had a second one and wham, the power hit me. Grey off adrenaline 10 mins later. The mouth heat is OK, very hot but tolerable.

The sauces are nice as mentioned, nice dips for tortillas etc. I haven't cooked with them yet but will add some fire to my next curry. The bbq last sauce is awesome, tastes really good and has a nice kick. Very edible and tasty products all round. I'd recommend them to most people who like spice if the intention isn't to chug or do any challenge type activities. Mixed with food they're fine.

This gear will humble even the most hard-core heat fan, the pain off the chip is unbearable, though I'm determined to complete one soon. You will experience an extreme emotional response eating this stuff across a broad spectrum. I've not been so worried or scared after eating anything before, but I was questioning my choices seriously after the chip.

Adrenaline junkies and seasoned hot heads only. I wouldn't even want to think about kids or pets getting hold of this stuff, so keep away.

Fiery Jacks are not playing around with these foods. Will definitely keep an eye out for new products and replace sauces as and when they run out.

No joke at all, what you see is what you get 🔥 I bought the fiery jacks one chip challenge few weeks ago and recently tried the lucifers Lollypop off fieryjacks.co.uk and it’s insane! I’ve had hot stuff before but this place really sets the scale! Well done! Highly recommend
