Team is/was very communicative.

I wish they would ship a mailer aka padded box to accommodate the hard drive.

Great job getting my data back. Expensive, and never received the original harddrive back.

My 1TB Drive had a faulty connector that broke off rendering the drive completely useless. Fields Data recovered every file and it was worth the money. The staff is terrific. I’m not techie. And they explained everything plus they were reassuring.

Fields data recovery were able to retrieve all my girlfriends data from a severely damaged flooded drive. They were also very professional in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them for any data recovery needed!

After taking an external drive to a local computer shop that advertised being able to recover data and it was unsuccessful I did not hold much hope when I sent the disk to fields data recovery. Julian in customer service was in touch with me throughout the process. He kept me informed of each attempt at recovering the data and what they were doing each time until he called to advise of the successful recovery! They saved my 600gb of data after my hard drive could no longer power on.

Don't know the reason for asking $1200 non refundable in advance without making sure what data is going to be recoverd and what will be consequences and also, not taking care of their commitments for scanning, returnig.

My wife's hard drive stopped working and would just spin and click. That is a sound I never wanted to hear. I knew that it would cost money to get it fixed and get the data retrieved. I searched a couple places and decided to go with Fields Data Recovery.

I worked with Adam through the process to get the hard drive to them. It took about a month to get the drive fixed and the data recovered.

During the process I became a bit concerned as I read that Fields Data Recovery was a scam. I became scared because I had already paid $1200 up front before any of the work was done. It was a risk I took to get the data recovered but was still uneasy. While communication was not always up to par, I was able to reach out on my own and get a hold of someone. I believe I spoke to Ryan? at Fields Data Recovery when I called and he reassured me that this wasn't a scam, that sometimes it can take a while to recover the data, and sometimes people don't often get the result they expect because each scenario is different.

I wanted to post this review and say THANK YOU to Adam and Ryan for putting up with my anxiety and always putting forth their best efforts to put me at ease. Thank you both! I will use Fields Data Recovery in the future if a hard drive goes bad! =)

Very prompt response after initial inquiry into service. Wonderful to have a phone call and connection with someone to hear that they truly care for each customer and want to help as best they can. The process was easy. I spoke to the same person from start to finish. I received a preliminary diagnosis the same day that Fields received my hardrive. The data extraction was completed promptly and I received the data within 2 days.
