Fantastic meals!
I have tried FieldGoods twice now. The meals are fantastic and they are very generous with meat and fish. The meals are not cheap, but if they were, they wouldn't be of the same quality. The goan fish curry is my favourite so far, but still have a lot of dishes left to try so will have to order some more!
Portion sizes are a bit on the small side, but I normally have a side of veggies or similar to go with the meal.

I may never cook again ! I have used ready made meals previously and they were fine, but only that. Fieldgoods are fabulous!! Just so good and even better than my own home cooked food which is pretty good but no massive washing up or prep detritus at the end.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Had issue with delivery and received no help or response via email. Paid £75 for a package that didn't end up being delivered. There was an issue with the address which was flagged to FieldGoods in advance of delivery. Several emails were sent to the address they advised customers to contact them on. All were ignored despite being within the office hours listed on their website. When the courier was contacted for help, they told me the address could be changed without issue but FieldGoods would need to change it. If they had picked up the email this change could have been made. Instead, they replied 4 days later and charged close to £40 for another box to be sent out.

Hi Jack, I'm sorry this is how you feel.
When your order was placed, the incorrect shipping address was given - which the parcel was then sent to and rejected. This was only flagged once the item had shipped and we were powerless to amend the delivery destination.
The delivery was then replaced and successfully resent at a significant discount and cost to us.
