Purchased this as an alternate product during COVID 19 when most shops were shut.

The density / coverage of the resin in my opinion not as good as Cure It / Tuff Stuff GRP, seems to be thinner in nature.

That said it did the job

Ordered epoxy via website on a Friday it was delivered by postal service on Tuesday to Co . Limerick
This was my first order with Fibre Glass Direct who were recommended by a neighbour ( boat builder) who has been dealing with this Co . For past 3 yrs . and has had excellent service,

Impossible to contact and none of the products I have order arrived after 2 months!

Ordered two lots of 20KG Topcoat before Christmas in seperate transactions.

One was delivered - no problem at all. But the second one had undergone some serious damage through XPDs network, the tin was severely damaged, it was missing the catalyst which is normally brown taped to the top of the lid and upon opening the resin there was a super thick (almost cured) layer of resin to break through.

I tried using it but it’s just not worked.

Annoyingly I’m going to have to spend another £100 on another tub! So angry.

I have since contacted the Merchant but they have not seemed to be very helpful. Have now initiated a chargeback with HSBC.

Do not use this company. There courier service is completely incompetent. I've been waiting since Friday for my delivery. Xdp can't track or give information. Only order from here if you want to wait an age. As a self employed tradesman this has now cost me money. You think you are saving money but believe me you are not.

First time customer. Phoned for advice on a product and was helped then placed an order and phoned on receipt of it and got the correct answer but the young man double checked it with a colleague before confirming the information that he had given me. I knew exactly when it was going to be delivered and kept me updated via messages to my mobile. First class service.

Pack included everything i needed, arrived quickly
