Our fiberglass roof had a leak due to the twit who installed it (they missed a section) So I needed an easy repair kit and this lot had it, an all in one DIY kit, ordered and delivered really quick and roof fixed.
Not expensive and easy to use.

Only part of order received. Reported missing items and was told that the courier had split the delivery ( which makes no sense to me) now told the couriers can not find the missing items , but no replacements have been sent. Very poor service would not recommend.

Ordered a 1m.sq fibreglass kit 10 days ago, still, hasn't arrived, I filled out the form to track the order, never even got a reply.

I made a mistake with the delivery address for my order resulting in the delivery going to a different area. The staff at Fibre Glass Direct were very understanding and in no way judgemental even though they were left to rectify my own mistake. The service I received was amazing and I would like to thank Fibre Glass Direct for their help in getting my order delivered to my address. Kind regards.

Still haven't received all of the order. I believe it was all despatched from your company at the same time.

I received two deliveries so far, but still no matting received.

I know this isn't your doing, but I would expect your delivery company (XPD) to be giving you and I better results or at least explaining such a delay.

No happy at all because I can’t find where the orders been left?

One item (mixing sticks) was missing. Informed them straight away said they would be posted, hadn’t arrived one week later . Tried to phone but no one answered the call. Finally got through and was told they had been posted, still not arrived.

Excellent service and product will be buying more soon very good price too

Great service, arrived earlier as estimated which was good. But I had to chase for missing item which after ringing was sent out next day!

Seamless service from start to finish. I couldn't believe it was so easy to sort everything out - and during the pandemic. Really good not to have to chase or experience anything but prompt attention. Considerably less than the other quotes I obtained so I'm one happy camper.

Ordered just before Christmas as a present, dispatched same day as ordered and delivered on23rd December. Great service, well done.

Purchased a Universal Fibreglass / GRP Kit and the item arrived to me three days later. But a few days later when I opened the box and tried to use it and found items inbox the box had fibreglass only. then contacted seller and got a reply that other part was split at warehouse without obvious reason. anyway after a few times contacts, the missing part has finally arrived, but the external box wear and tear terribly and inside box was damaged and distorted. no happy really

I needed fibreglass drip trim for a roof construction. I compared prices on the internet and found that FibreGlassDirect offered the best price. I ordered it online on Friday and it was delivered to my door on Monday with full tracking. The product is exactly what I wanted and expected.
You just can`t beat service like that.

As I live in the western isles its not easy to get material transported to our tiny island as we live 90 miles of the mainland. And as always everytime I put a order in with these guys they always do their best to get it to me as fast as possible. For which I'm grateful for.
