Dr. Hong was very kind and approachable. He explained the process of taking the medication very clearly as well as the potential side effects and things that I can do to lessen them should they occur. He answered my questions and a few concerns I had regarding starting Trizepatide.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service..FuturHealth has zero customer service. Very quick to accept payment with a click of a button, however when you try to cancel there is a vicious cycle of pass the buck. I got online and read through the site which stated I would get 2 months of medication for one price. No information on a membership charge and a statement of money back guarantee. I accessed in May to try oral tirzepatide. I didn't lose any weight at all and when I received the email to reorder I asked to cancel via email to two different addresses that were provided and left a voicemail to a support number. I was charged $397 in June, July and August without receiving any product at all. Today I spoke to a customer rep who said he could refund one of my charges but I was in a bundle situation where the medicines were moved up in strength and he would ask for the strongest meds to be sent out. I INSISTED I want to cancel. I even said I would pay for the meds I took despite the money back guarantee, just refund the last 3 months that you so quickly withdrew with a push of a button but will not cancel even when speaking in person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service.

So far the weightloss is going well. I had trouble with nausea/ vomiting after the 1st injection, but after a couple of days i was back to normal.

Idk how they are getting high reviews, they tell you the medicine is 119 per month, I've been charged 119 per month plus 400 additional per month for the medicine. Quit after 2 months when they charged me 1400. This company lied about their prices to get you to sign up. 100% bs. Don't do it!!!!!!.
