Scam Alert

Please see below in the bullet point list for what I had sent FuturHealth. They are refusing to give me a partial refund for the 6 month membership fee (full fee is $597) that was charged on March 29th. They forced me to have 2 "doctor" appointments to resolve what was their issue (wanting to send me tirzepatide which I have never been on and did not consent to) and they are trying to use that to justify not giving me a partial refund. Additionally, I canceled on May 1st and received email confirmation of the cancellation and that "once the partial refund is processed, your account will be automatically terminated, and access will end immediately." I contacted them again this morning and they told me that my medication shipped. They have a Membership Satisfaction guarantee and I am not satisfied.

1. They had me confused with another patient and called me Ana
2. They were going to ship medication (tirzepatide) that I have never been on
3. They asked me for blood work that had already been submitted in September that is good for a year that should have been part of my medical record
4. They said there was an issue with payment for my meds - American Express told me that there are no declined charges
5. They made me have 2 unnecessary doc appointments and neither of them knew what was going on
6. They are supposed to to be supervising my medical care yet they don’t even know who I am or what medication I am on so this is a medical liability and I no longer have confidence in this company
7. They told me they would update me within 48-72 hours and they have not

Do not waste your time or money

Do not waste your time or money with this company. It has been over a month since I signed up and was charged for two months of medication, and I still haven’t received anything.

The only thing I can access in their “web app” is a single page to send a message to support. Every link they have emailed or texted me does not work, and despite calling numerous times, I’m always told that someone will get back to me — but no one ever does.

Today I was told the medication is taking longer than usual and that I should call back next week because there is no tracking number. At this point, I’m cutting my losses and hoping my account is actually being canceled.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels very misleading.

They sent the wrong medication and after 8 calls they never fixed it and would not refund the money. Tok many excuses to waste more time even writing about because I sent hours on the phone with their customer service that lie to you.

A NIGHTMARE!!!

It has been so frstrating and time consuming to deal with this company!! I can never talk to a human, and after waiting long periods of time, they just say everyone is busy, call back later!!! I wanted to stop one shipment and then could not so I sent many messages saying I want to cancel. But no, they don’t want you to cancel and they keep charging me. They charged me for boxes I dd not receive andI those I sent back! It has been a NIGHTMARE!!! I hate this company!

Future health poor experience

I want to separate the medication experience which was great and gave me amazing results. But if i can asvise you to go to another company for your glp shots please do so. Future health lacked communication and setting me up for success once i advised that i would move towards the maintenance pill in which they said it would be free. I have been communicating since July which is when my subscription renewed and they never sent me the maintenance medication. I kept speaking to people who supposedly escalated my situation but essentially never assited. After they purposely set me up for a nurse appointment they now “couldnt” process a refund in which i would have been satisfied with since they haven't sent me the medication neither. All because someone set the appointment up without me needing it. I had already took my labs and already had a nurse approve the next steps. They clearly said it wasnt my fault but they couldn't process refund in the total amount. So from the 297 they only processed 99 and NO MEDICATION. Which i was entitled to. They stood me up for weeks telling me they would send it but they never did. The final guy who spoke to me said it was because they couldnt find my labs (that i had confirmed they received 4/23/2025) such a poor experience for someone who trusted them with my health journey
