Hi Hector, this is the first we have heard of any delay with your order, we would have appreciated some form of contact from your prior to writing a 1 star review on trust pilot. Your order was picked, packed and shipped the same day as you placed the order, I am unsure what better service we could have provided to you, if you agree then I hope you might consider making a revision to your review.
I have investigated your order and it appears to have been held at Spanish customs, I am unsure why but all I can say is that since Brexit has occurred we and many other retailers have experienced a high number of customs blockages due to increased documentation requirements. We provide all the necessary customs information to the parcel carrier upon despatch, so all I can do is chase this up with them but like I say, we have had no communication from them or from you to notify us there is a problem until now, and I hope my swift response on a bank holiday demonstrates that we do not hide behind email. We will soon be retailing on amazon in Spain which we hope will ease these issues, but until then I just ask for your understanding that once we have sent the parcel that any delay is not as a result of our failure of service, and does not correlate to the retail price of the product. 3 year old loves it…

Bought this to go on both my hybrid bike and my husbands hybrid. I was worried my 3.5 year old might be too big but he fits well and I can still see over the top of his head. Love having him up front chatting away. The seat is also easy to swap between bikes. It wasn’t as easy to assemble as in the video, required a bit more strength to push the foam bits together but my husband managed. Overall excellent seat!

A nice product and easily assembled

A nice product and easily assembled. Instructions are good. The issue I have found is that the foam form of the child’s leg supports quite heavily restrict the steering lock of my mtb. The bike tyre rubs the foam edge and grinds into it.

Hi Alejandro, we are really thrilled you are happy with your seat.

I must apologise though for the delay with your order, during these difficult times I think its fair to say many businesses are experiencing difficulties with supply and delivery.

We did all we could to get the shipment to the UK sooner but alas this is beyond our control. I do not like using the virus as an excuse but the factory was shut down for two months, and even once it opened up again... there were material supply issues and also air freight has been jam packed, so we had further delays getting our stock on a flight.

Due to the stock situation we updated the product description to explain this item was out of stock and available for "Pre-order". Thank you for placing your pre-order with us on the 8th June. We did our best to update our customers where possible without overwhelming with every small detail.

Our stock landed in the UK 16 days later on the Wednesday 24th June, and delivered to our premises on Friday 26th June. We worked over the weekend to unpack and prepare stock for dispatch to our customers.

Your order was shipped to your location in Spain on Monday 29th June (the earliest available shipping day after our stock arrived). Again, once it has been dispatched the order is with the courier, and again...due to the virus, the couriers are struggling to maintain regular service which is beyond our control.

I have seen that your order was signed for on the 6th July, so I am really pleased you now have your Feva Star Seat with you, even if it took a little longer than we would normally anticipate for international delivery.

Due to the delays experienced we did offer a gesture of goodwill for some customers that have been waiting up to 3 months for their order, despite placing your pre-order in early June, it somehow did fall within this group of customers and eligibility for our offer. We have been very busy getting the orders out, we are low on staff and as a result fulfilment and order processing has taken a little longer than anticipated.

I have found your order and your goodwill payment has now been processed. I do apologise for the delay, we just had not got to your order yet, these things take time, the rest of the eligible orders will also begin to receive their goodwill gestures in the coming days.

It is possible that you could have contacted us directly before leaving us a review, and allow us the opportunity to address the issue first.

I hope this message and the goodwill gesture we have made will resolve your concern, and you enjoy getting maximum fun from your Feva Star Seat.

My kiddo loves it

My kiddo loves it! We go on rides all the time in the mountains and around city trails. Anytime she sees it on my bike her eyes light up and the excitement level is unmatched. Highly recommend for anyone with a mountain bike. Kind of hard to mount up on flat top tubes like a cross bike or a road bike. There's not enough tire clearance.
