Fetch is good. I got 3 Amazon gift cards, but in the last 10 days they removed 6800 points from my account without a specific reason. I checked my points and I found 10 receipts rejected, it mea... See more

Turned into a scam
They're no longer holding their end of the agreements with companies they partner with. They're straight up refusing to credit for items they advertising. Makes the companies themselves look bad, thanks to Fetch.
Customer Service Stinks
Too hard to get the points. I was issued a big lots gift card for 25.00. Problem is store is closing down. I went in to redeem the gift card, the cashier scanned it but it wouldn't go through. Apparently you can't use the card after the 19th. Today is the 25th. I walked out of the store with NOTHING. I spoke with customer service and they said it was redeemed no investigation into this nothing says it's been redeemed. I stated I would like to speak with someone cause I in fact did NOT use the card. She than replied stating it was redeemed and to have a good day. I have one more gift card to use, but now I'm afraid to use it. Use pogo or Ibotta. DON'T USE FETCH!!!!
I was having no issues prior level village 80
I was having no issues with have the points credited to my Fetch account after completing applicable levels on Coin Master . Once I hit level 80, I noticed the points stopped. I opened a ticket with Fetch customer support in which they manually credited my account.
And they say I should choose another game cause they would not be able to credit me again with points if it happens again .
So if I reach 100 like this gentleman below me experience same thing I would not get those points . Points motivated me to play the game and get rewarded and now seems like I’m not the only one .
Ridiculous
Awful experience
Awful experience, always threatening that I was about to lose my points. They never send me the $10 gift card earned after having uploaded my recepts for a whole year. Don't waste your time.
It’s changed
Enjoyed this company. However the changes of not spinning made it less fun. I’m deleting this app after 2 yrs. Enjoyed bonding with my family. It’s changed with adding the games. Guess you all found a way for ur customers to win less points.
Great app!
Great app! I have earned and withdrew over 100 dollars from this app already and everytime I had an issue theyve ALWAYS fixed it! I find it easier to contact them on instagram rather than by email
Great friendly people and they have such great deals! Thank you for everything you do!
Some good points, some bad.
The problem with the App is it does not read the scanned receipts correctly. You have to be on top of the items with the extra points. When I buy an item with extra points, I have to go to the item, use correct the receipt section, take a photo of the UPC code on the package and hope it works. For some reason it is very iffy on whether it works or not. You are never notified why it was rejected even when it is the same item in the picture. You really have to stay on top of it in order to get the bigger points. I have turned in points for Amazon gift cards and have had no problems in that regard. Customer service needs improvement.
By far the worst
By far the worst always a problem when it comes to missing points whether it be for buying required items or playing games. Staff at Fetch do not help at all always numerous emails back and forth to no prevail. Would recommend not to use

I think it’s stupid that they put a limit on the amount of times in 7 days that you can input receipts! If there is to be a limit, at least it should be reasonable for normal transactions!!!
WASTE OF TIME. NO REWARDS GIVEN
Every time I download a game, after playing, and sometimes even completing all tasks I get a message that I can’t be rewarded. Have tried to contact customer service and of course no response. This app was great at first but now I have wasted my time on every single game I have tried to play. And amazingly this happened as soon as I am less than 100 points away from my $50 reward! Imagine that.
Fetch has changed my mind about them
This is sad because I once thought of Fetch as a reputable company, but I se that in recent times, they have turned the corner into falsifying claims made by consumers so that they have no liability, even if their error was a technical one. I opted the other day to use points to get a Domino's Pizza, a rare treat for me. i knew I had enough points for a $10 gift card which meant i would have only 2 or 3 bucks to pay for 2 days worth of dinner. sounds like a plan for me! so i went onto the fetch site and quickly selected the Domino's $10 gift card as my choice for a total of 11 thousand (11,000) points. i waited for the confirmation to popup and what appeared???? Congrats for AMC MOVIE reward!!!!! PLUS the fact that they charged me and EXTRA 500 points since the AMC gift card was actually 11500 points!! I WAS FLABBERGASTED!!! I contacted fetch customer service and got on the phone with a guy named Matt. You know how they always say they record phone calls for "quality assurance and training purposes" Well so do I. I record calls so I have them JUST for situations like this. Anyway I told Matt what happened and he said he would let the powers that be know that the sytem erroneously sent me the wrong gift card and correct the situation. Lo and behold, they claim "AMC was the reward selected at the redemption stage, and that they have no way to switch to another retailer or cancel the redemption."
In other words, it was MY fault and I have to eat it!
If I was bi-polar, or suffering from dementia, or something like that, this wouldn't be so bad, but, as fate would have it, I happen to be a shareholder of AMC Theaters, a public company, and have been for years. I get 3 FREE movies every week I want them , so to pick that reward would have been illogical AND a waste of my points. They have decided to stand their ground so I have decided to let the world know. I won't stop at Trustpilot. I also started approaching the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit, which handles consumer fraud since they're based in Madison, WI.
Wish there was a zero star….
Wish there was a zero star….. don’t waste your time. Ive had to contact customer service several times for missing points. They don’t have their stuff together. Customer service is a joke. You’ll only receive generic messages with apologies of the app didn’t read the receipt correctly they’re sorry but they also won’t give you credit either. It’s a gimic with bait and switch tendencies. Save yourself the hassle.
PAYPAL CASHOUT
i would like not o be able to cashout all my hard work to paypal. Please let this happen before 2025
Fetch. Just a black plastic box that does not do much!
Terrible. Awful. Useless. Do not waste your time with Fetch it is a black plastic piece of rubbish.
It does not play, skips, stops mid way through programs, does not allow, even certain free to air channels to play.
Friends have also had the exact same issues with theirs and it ended up in the bin! Which is where ours is heading too!
We previously had the Telstra supplied product (Which worked wonderfully without a problem at all) and were forced over to this "brilliant, better" device, I am not sure what they were talking about but it surely was not Fetch.
I think we are going to "Get shuffling" and get another device and provider.
Stay away from Fetch, if you want to remain calm, sane and have a television remain in tact, not smashed by a flying Fetch box!!
My name is Richard and I just wanted to…
My name is Richard and I just wanted to say that my experience with Fetch Wireless at my home in the country where no other provider would service me, was excellent and I would definitely recommend Fetch Wireless to anyone that is in or will be in my same situation living in a rural area that in most cases is unserviceable.. I want to thank Fetch Wireless for the great customer service even in the end when i was canceling leaving them for another provider in a more intown location.. Definitely a Five Star company.. Thanks again...
I have saved over 52,000 points over…
I have saved over 52,000 points over two and a half years. I finally used my points towards a tj maxx e-gift card. I go to the store to use my 50 dollar gift card and they tell me there is 3 cents on it. I asked fetch what was going on and they told me to check the rewards balance. Well I did and the card doesn’t even exist. Fetch keeps telling me to contact tjx and that once points are redeemed I cannot get them back or be issued a different card! What a f-ing scam!
It’s Okay
I’ve Used Fetch Before The Gift Cards Are Amazing. The Only Downside Is You have to buy a lot in order to get Thousands of points to exchange. Also They Lack Ways To Earn I Don’t Do Games. Put Me Surveys Watch Ads Test A Few Sites Anything besides downloading games to earn more points.
Terrible App and Even Worse Customer…
Terrible App and Even Worse Customer Service
I used Fetch for months and worked hard to accumulate over 50,000 points—only to have them taken away without warning! When I reached out to customer service, I was met with excuses and told they wouldn’t reapply my points, even though I’ve been a loyal user.
This app is a complete waste of time. Their so-called “rewards program” is unreliable, and the customer service team clearly doesn’t value its users. If you’re looking for a rewards app, skip Fetch altogether. Download Ibotta, Dosh, or Shopmium instead—they actually reward you for your loyalty and don’t pull shady moves like this.
Save your time and frustration. Fetch is not worth it!
It's a great app.
It's a great app. I have tried a lot of other apps for reward points, and it doesn't work out. They either wants you to have no VPN or they don't track your points or something like that. Fetch I've been using it for about 3 years now. Never had a problem cashing out my points. Never had a problem when I bought things using their app. Yes 25 points per receipt is not a lot, but it's better than nothing. I do wish they would have more points. The higher your receipt is but it is what it is. I would recommend this app to anybody.
