Great tourchs second 1 1li have one of the best brands on the market

Fantastic Head torch
I got the Hm65R-T for a 100mile race as my other torch was bright enough. This Lit my what threw the hole night on Medium powered and I didn’t once feel like I needed more light and the conditions were challenging as it was during storm Amy.
My only concern is the packaging the torch came in wasn’t very recyclable but hopefully this is something the manufactures have thought of or are working on as it could quite easily be cardboard.

Very fast next day delivery and just great headtorches

In terms of customer service I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a company that does it so well. I’ve had one or two issues over the years with these headlamps but I will not use another brand. One because they are the best headlamps out there in my opinion and two because their customer service and returns process is extremely good. Hats off to you Fenix.

The adjuster on the headband broke. I reached out to customer service on email. Charlie came straight back to me, asked for the serial number, sent out a new strap. Great customer service. Great torch. Highly recommended.

I have just returned two head torches at £40 each as I felt the performance was seriously under par.

The instructions also said that rechargeable batteries may not be used.

A representative called me today and gave a very unsatisfactory account , including "the torches are made in china".

The gentleman disputed the battery issue but the explanation was going to take longer, frankly than id got.

£40 pound head torches should use ANY batteries and his view that the "amazon time had elapsed" I felt wasn't good enough at forty pounds each.

The torches had not been used and it should not matter >where they are made<.

If Charlie goes to the extent of doing what was requested in the covering letter I think he will quickly discover I do have a "genuine complaint".

VIZ the comments about the head strap I felt were personal and impolite.

It was also simply not true. The torches are of the "Fenix" brand. Clearly labelled as these staff are fully able to see.

The dismissive notes added to Fenix's letter are not really relevant.

I live in the UK, purchased the torches in the uk, anticipating reliable service.

I paid over-the-odds for a quality apparatus. They are the "Fenix" brand marketed as a high-quality product.

Goods move routinely between countries. That has little importance here.

folks/ i'm unsure why you are mentioning 18650s

it is an AA battery torch

I am not interested in spending more of my life on this topic, I returned the troches to you as they are clearly not functioning properly and I thought for your own records you may wish to know.

To my knowledge you have not even gone to the extent of switching them on.

Thus the 6 pound odd i paid to return them has been wasted.

if anyone wonders why i ordered two, I simply don't know now.

conversation over unless you are willing to supply two torches of acceptable quality.

The sensible approach is to say perhaps we had a bad run, have two replacements and arrange it
through your sister company or whatever it is. This would have saved reams of writing and your time and mine . For those reading this I have provided proof or purchase from Fenix Store amazon.

They have had next to zero use.
Bc the beam is very poor.

The torches have arrived on my doorstep this morning , well packed thank you.

My error , the letters and proof of purchased were returned to me.

No covering letter at all with the returned torches.

I forgot that one torch had failed completely.

Could Charlie tell me what address I might write to - if not yourselves - as once again I feel a £40 torch should not fail with in months or weeks.

There appears to be two separate companies trading under the "Fenix" brand. Who must I contact, please?

I see there is 5 year warranty on ALL flash lights with removable batteries.

Which this is.

May I claim replacement torch please, to replace the pone that's failed?

The Headlamp arrived as expected, I have purchased the Headlamp for an upcoming Ultra event in Slovenia and it appears to be easy to charge and easy to adjust the different settings. I particularly like the small dial that adjusts the headband setting.
