I have been looking for a new running head torch for some time. Having read various reviews, and hearing reports from the experts (ie Spine winners!), I decided on a fenix device. But I was an idiot and ordered the wrong one! Customer service was excellent, and allowed me to return the incorrectly ordered head torch and have the new one in-hand within 48hrs. No fuss, and great comms.
I will 100% be using fenix again.

Good website and service. Products always hit the spot and just continue to work like new. Have bought a number of different models for different applications. Only had to replace one and that was because I lost it somehow.
