I ordered two pairs for my girlfriend and they were just perfect, she loves them, and the customer service was super helpful with getting the package and everything else. Definately coming back!!!

Do not order here
Poor customer service with generic answers. Operational model akin to a scam, shoes are produced after ordering and shipped out months afterwards and way past the time indicated on the website. I ordered a vegan leather shoe and it looks entirely different from the pictures. Received the boots only after the season to wear them was basically over.
