Waste of Money, Poor Return Policy, and Horrible Communication.
Foolishly bought 2 strapless bras from their website on a whim after seeing some ads on Pinterest. I received the item and the bras were nowhere near the size they should've been. The sizing chart was unnecessarily complicated, and I apparently measured/ordered wrong because the bras were unwearable. The band was ridiculously tight with no stretch and the cups only held about 1/2 of me (I'm a C cup for christ sake). Reached out to the company with no response for weeks until I filed a chargeback with my bank. They conveniently responded to my email shortly after doing so, and informed me that bras couldn't be returned due to sanitary reasons (despite numerous companies allowing bra returns). Funny enough, the policy that mentioned no returns on bras or sale items was at the bottom of their return policy. Anyway, I lost the dispute case (they tried to call me a scammer lol) and am out of $43 and stuck with 2 absolutely useless bras so please do yourself the favor I didn't, look up company reviews like this before purchasing.
