LIES!!!
They say the money arrives in seconds, but this is the second time I’ve sent a transfer and it has taken more than 24 hours. On top of that, it’s a complete waste of time you have to keep writing to several agents, and nobody resolves anything. Save yourself the time and the headache. I do NOT recommend them!

Terrible Customer Service - charges cash advance without warning
I should have known that anything run completely in WhatsApp can't be good. I need to send payments to a contractor in Mexico. Felix Pago gives you a complimentary free 1st transaction. Then, to make the payment, it gives you the option to use a debit card or credit card - no ACH option. Ok, well they make no effort whatever to inform you that if you use a credit card, it will be charged as a cash advance rather than a regular charge. I took this up[ with their customer service who feigned ignorance, as if they have nothing to do with it. They refused to take any responsibility for not even saying that the charge would be made as a cash advance. And even after a lengthy discussion (in Spanish, of course) with their "customer service" representative Elizabeth, she refused to even give me one more promotional transaction so I could try a debit card instead.
This is customer DISSERVICE and borderline scammy. User Wise or Payoneer instead.

Some banks process these transactions as cash advances, which unfortunately is something outside of our control.

They are not fair
I try to send money to Mexico and throught the app they pay less than what my husband right beside me tries to send. We compared rates at the same time and they respond different amounts. Not fair

One reason could be that either of you has already completed your first transaction, which means the preferential rate no longer applies. Another reason is that when sending money to a digital wallet, you may have a different rate for your first or second transaction.

I was not given a better rate
I was not given a better rate, but once you verify yourself it does not give you the preferencial price point. I talk to Jessica today and she did not help at all! All she told me was to wait instead of rectifying it! If I could only send so much with the better price that would have been fine, but they did not want to give me the original price point! It is definitely a scam to get you to get verified to then get way lower rates than people that aren’t verified! Don’t trust them with your info!

At the beginning they were really awesome. Then they started slacking off they don’t reply when you have inquiries. Every single time I submit a transfer they ask for my statements. They have you waiting for more than 30 min to reply what needs to be done. I really liked them before but now they dissapoint me.

This is a scam and scammer all in one. They sent me an email about my husband and that they scammed us $400-500 from our debit card we don’t know anyone about this damn service you are scammers. Ass holes. You are fake and will be reported to the federal and local law enforcement agencies.

Beware! This company was used to scam my daughter for money. I contacted them and they eventually replied, letting me know that they could do nothing. Although I understand that they are intermediaries, scammers are using their platform, and they are benefiting from each transaction. It is a shame that they are unwilling to take any ownership. Be VERY careful when using its services.

I tried to use Felix using my Discover Card. After 2 tries, I realized that it might not take Discover. The Felix help person verified that Discover was not accepted.
No problem. I entered my Visa. I got a message that, for security reasons, I needed to send a copy of my bank statement.
Huh??
Failed to get my friend his money. Not happy.
