Wrongly payed invoice, and never reply to the emails

Moved to Rotterdam and unfortunately, had to do it with FedEx. First, my boxes were awfully late and when asked all I got was "I don't know where your packages are, but would you like to file a complaint?". After managing to work that out, I received an invoice for customs, which according to the legislation I shouldn't have as I provided all paperwork needed. Contacted them again and was told to hold on that invoice until I hear from them. I keep sending requests for updates which were never replied and I keep receiving chasers to pay that invoice until some point I received a call from a third party company that if I don't pay, they'll have to go legal. Payed the invoice and again sent another yet email about what happened, only to get a message after months that "we have made a refund request for you". After 3 months of asking for updates, I still haven't received any update from them and all I managed to get was "these things take time" only after 2 months of chasing for one update regarding my refund.

worse product & customer service ever experienced

our FedEx shipment from the US arrived in time at the Dutch customs. However from there it went wrong and it is stuck, missed or who knows what for over 9 WEEKS! We contacted FedEx weekly, but Emails are not replyed and a waiting time on the phone of over 30 minutes follwed by disconnecting the line automatically seems normal for FedEx customers. Also the promises of being called back by the case manager is a complete lie: we have never been called back by them. It is a complete disaster as FedEx blames the customs and hides behind the fact that they cannot tell us anything due to customs, we simply have to wait and this can take up to +12 weeks. We contacted several Dutch institutes (Chamber of Commerce, Dutch trading agency, Customs, etc) and all of them tell me that FedEx is the shipper and they are RESPONSIBLE for the handling and delivery. They cannot blame customs and FedEx has to take action in getting the parcel back into the delivery process.

Useless company as far as shipment…

Useless company as far as shipment goes. They lost my package and of course you can't reach them in the weekend. When you finally talk to someone they say it will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no package, the site shows that it's still in the country it was lost in. I call again and maybe tomorrow they'll have an answer. Ridiculous.

Worst service ever

My box (sent from Italy to the Netherlands) has been opened, some of the content has been stolen, some has been damaged, and the client service affirms that I cannot complain because when the parcel has arrived I have accepted it.

Can never deliver shipment on time.
Worst service ever since Fedex tookover TNT
Apart from customer complaints, we speak to customer service employees and they compain about the poor service FEDEX is giving to the customers. Drivers are complaing about the service FEDEX is giving not only to the employees but also to the customers.
Shame on you FEDEX

No parcel receipt, no note in the letter box, a customer “ service” that can not be contacted in any manner! As a customer and business advisor I would never advise this courier!

SCAM COMPANY

Rescheduled the arriving time of my package already two times and they still didn't deliver. I won't get any respons on my emails or are also not reachable after putting me in the waiting line for more than 15 minutes.
So sad that a company as this still exists.

Delivered my parcel to the wrong…

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address in Nijmegen. Have spoken with Fedex customer support by phone twice, they promised to find it and deliver it to me, but it has not happened in 10 days. The package included a bike for my son’s birthday, worth over €300.

Hello we have some The big problems with a Sending product . We have a sales manager that arranged for me as a company that we can ship with express post . Everything was done I only have to change on my computer One link tipex. Fedex express.  .And if I want a regular FedEx p2p I just Track pack . . 
So I sending around six products with express post then I got a message almost a week later that 
it sent with a normal post. 
Of course there are more expensive products in there . And needs needs more attention. And I don’t care if the price is higher for sending. This is what they promised me more quality faster shipments .
Now I have one customer waiting quite long and his package didn’t move and it’s an expensive package . I tried to contact people Magie or fabia But I didn’t get still any result of the tracking and a Answer about the package where it is at this moment And it Start worrying my customer and also me We already tried to get a single answer from Monday . Still no results . Because we are worried what’s happening with the packages now if we send it with FedEx cross-border and still didn’t have any answers we need to take 30 package to a different shipping option of UPS . Of course we like to do more business with FedEx because . It’s or sending company. But this situation makes it sometimes really impossible. Or not acceptable. 
I don’t wanna get in trouble and worried because I sending it with FedEx 
It’s simple like this. If you have any idea where this package is I will send. Picture picture off the package. And if you have any idea how we can send more with FedEx express just normal protected. We have a lot more package and business . Also for the UK . I see let me know if you have some more information. I just need to shoot this email around to people from FedEx . Because I’m not. I know anymore what to do.

My experience with fedex is very bad!

My experience with fedex is very bad, i expected way better from such a big delivery company! I ordered a new iPhone and it said it was coming 1-3 business days later, but it didn’t. We called them and first they said my phone was lost and they would be looking for it, a day later they called me back and said there was a power-outage and the packages are late. The story was very weird and vague and i didn’t believe it at all, they also said that my phone would be coming this friday or the next monday, i at least expected it to come this friday but it didn’t, now praying it will be here upcoming monday otherwise i will drive to their company and pick it up myself if it’s so hard for them. Do not recommend!

Ordered an item from CookingLife which they shipped immediately. Tracking info says item has been stuck in Venlo Netherlands for 3 weeks.

Netherlands version of FedEx is an absolute disgrace.
