Delivery between 8am to 6 pm!?

Delivery between 8am to 6 pm!? Who can honestly stay home all day to receive a parcel, the only delivery service that I know of that doesn't give you a time slot in the the day. They tried twice (only received one note) and they were ready to send my parcel back. Rescheduled online for Monday to make sure I could be there......email on Monday.....you delivery is scheduled for Tuesday!!! Guess what....they came on Monday anyway, this is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of one. Prutsers!

Delivery in person only via working hours

My disappointment has to do with the fact that I had to be in person at home during working hours in order to receive my order. When I ordered the carpet I felt confident knowing the Dutch common practice in terms of packages delivery that even though I was not at home during the delivery, the package would be delivered to any of my neighbors. Nevertheless, I found out that the company was taking the package back when I was not at home to answer. This happened last Tuesday and last Wednesday. Wednesday night I got a warning email that I had to receive it otherwise it would return back to Rugvista. Therefore, I changed my schedule and I stayed working from home only in order to receive the package myself, which eventually I did. But now that I wish to order a second carpet, I am concerned about the delivery way as I am not sure I will be able to stay again at home in order to receive the package. I was expecting the standard Dutch flexibility in terms of packages delivery.
