I think 1 star is too high rating. My delivery schedule for 9th June. They called me early
Morning that door number missing so gave the door number. Again they called me in afternoon asking same thing so given again. Since then every morning I get email saying it is due to deliver today but today is 11th June not delivered. When called they said door number was missing when it was already given twice and even email was send on very first day. Now they saying it’s updated now and will be delivered tomorrow but I am sure it will not as they keep saying same thing last 3 days.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I sent a parcel to the USA and it got stuck in customs so even though it was just some personal effects I had to create an invoice which Fed Ex's website would then not let me upload. They don't appear to have any form of customer services so you can not get any help.

Avoid using FedEx if you actually want to receive your package. I was at home all day waiting for my delivery, but no courier ever showed up. I received no phone call, no message, and no attempt notice was left on my property.What is most upsetting and alarming is that they uploaded a picture of my house as 'proof' of an attempted delivery. The picture they uploaded is more than 10 years old! How do they have access to an ancient photo to fake a delivery attempt?

Delivery due by 1220. Then updated to 1800.
My item was due today before 1220. Then an update said before 1800. It is now 1820 and I've had to stay in all day. Not happy . The 1 star was too much. It is now 2030 and still not here. This has totally messed up.my life today

Failed again! AVOID. Over promise, under deliver. Delivery times are just wishful thinking.
What a rubbish courier
What a rubbish courier, they make Evri look professional. Had a delivery due on the 9/6 by 1:30pm, needless to say they did not turn up and took my parcel back to their depot, no attempt was made at delivery. Today, 10/6 it is supposedly out for delivery, no window given I have to just wait in all day for their error.
No delivery when promised.
What a terrible service. One star is too much. Delivery promised today. We were in all day. Message on site at 6.00pm saying that delivery was not possible due to no-one in or 'company' closed. Absolute rubbish. We are in a semi-rural location, but our postcode and address are very clear and straightforward. Never any problem with either Amazon or DPD or loads of others.
It seems the driver could not be bothered coming down our farm road.

I was due a parcel delivery on 26 May ordered from an eBay seller. I received a notification message from Fedex that it had been delivered (no picture). It hadn’t, well not to me. I checked the tracking and the postcode for the delivered item was about three miles away from me. The item still hasn’t turned up however the seller refunded me in full. When you’ve got satnav how can you get it so wrong. FedEx absolutely useless.

Absolutely hopeless. Gave a four hour delivery window for an item which has to be signed for and didn't turn up. An absolutely appalling service.
False delivery dates result in poor service
As with the other reviews.dreadful service from FedEx. Given a window for delivery, so worked from home to get the delivery of a new bike. With no notice the delivery moved to the next day.Lucky Friday was my day off so I could be at home. Again given a slot 8.30 to 6pm. Waited all day again, no updates on their dreadful tracker. Delivery then changed to ‘end of day’. I waited until 7pm but then this changed again to delivery on Monday. So I waited in two days with no delivery. The bike did arrive on Monday. I mentioned this to the driver and I got the following response ‘Not my fault, I’m doing a favor for another driver’. I know it’s not the drivers fault, it must be down to poor planning and systems. I will never use or recommend FedEx to anyone. Avoid at all costs until they sort their act out.

Whenever have used fed ex for collection or delivery it's a shocking service!
Fedex faked my signature
Fedex claimed, they have delivered my parcel. They were unable to explain, why house camera did not see any driver and insisted item has been delivered. It turned out, someone faked my signature and used wrong first name. Fedex still insisted it has been delivered. Sender confirmed it came back to them - two days before Fedex forged my signature. When I asked Fedex to explain themselves, they stopped replying to emails.

We'll done to CEO of FedEx UK you have made your company a shining example of ineffiency and poor customer service.
Missed the first delivery due to ridiculously large delivery window. Called up and got the AI chat bot (that couldn't put together a two piece jigsaw) and after asking many times got through to customer service. Had the package re routed to a local FedEx collection point.
Then today I get a message to say its still coming to my house !!!
Called the crap bot again and after asking many times I got through to customer service who stated that they could not get in touch with the driver directly!!!
You just can't believe how this company is still in business.
If you have to order a parcel from a company that uses FedEx ask them to use a more reputable carrier or you won't place the order with them. Companies like FedEx only survive when people sit back and let them carry on operating in such a shoddy way.
