Really helpful and patient

This company is a total scam! I found them using a flight scanner website and the deal they offered looked great. After I booked they called and said I could take no luggage or carry on for that rate. I found that very suspicious but said ok because my parents were on the same flight and I would just check my luggage on their ticket using the check second bag option. They then called back and said the airline could only offer one ticket to us now. I said fine because it was a good deal still. I was just going to book the second ticket directly with the airline. They promised to send me a confirmation email within an hour. Two hours went by so I called them and they said the airline could no longer offer the one ticket and that I would have to take another flight and pay more or if my parents canceled the flight that they booked directly through the airline and came to them then they could try to find as all a deal. I said I wanted to cancel as they were trying to switch the flight that I was promised and they said that I couldn’t and got extremely rude with me. He said I needed to read the terms and conditions but you can’t read them because when you click on the link it doesn’t take you to any. The terms and conditions that I did read didn’t say that you could switch the flight. I didn’t take that offer of course. I talked to three different people throughout this whole process and all of them could hardly speak English and were extremely rude. Never use this company!!!

Honestly first rep talked to fast and would not stop talking. I then got Austin who was a better listener and after almost one hour he finally was able to get me on proper flights! Not sure I would use your service again due to the the time it took to finally get my confirmed tickets! I’ll let you know if my trip goes smoothly. But thank Austin for helping me.

Steve is great guy in my booking experience. He did best effort for my cancelation on July 5, 2025. He is very patient.

Great offers but the customer service is not up to the standards

Run, run away from Fare Boutique. Do not engage with anyone on this site - the whole setup is a scam...my experience was the same as the other reviewers giving 1 star...bait and switch all the way. Booked a ticket online, was allegedly going to get a confirmation, didn't get one within 18 hours and you have to confirm within 24 hours or your ticket is nonrefundable...so I call, it's a phone room in India with very hostile and rude people. I was told I couldn't cancel my ticket even though they hadn't charged my card yet and hadn't issued a confirmation. Agent I was speaking with raised his voice and was extremely aggressive. Refused to cancel my ticket...to ensure that they don't charge my card I had to cancel my card and get a new one. BTW, the address of Fare Boutique is 11946 Creekstone Way, Zionsville IN - it's just a suburban house and the owner of the property is someone named Sanderjeet Sachdeva. Make of that information what you will.

Mr. Smith was a great representative for you guys. He tried to help me with my situation unfortunately he couldn’t but he was very patient with me. Great guy.

This review rating is only for the phone call I received on 7/4/25 from Edward. My experience with him was polite and courteous. My experience with your support staff was very contentious. I believe your website is misleading and AFTER MY PURCHASE, I was subjected to a bait and switch and will never do business with your company again.

I really appreciate Austin & April excellent service. They were patient and kind even when l get frustrated. I call me back when do leave a message. I am really greteful.

Very deceptive website. After booking my travel arrangements at a very good price I was contacted by email to call. After contacting them I was told that the class of ticket I purchased did not allow me to carry on or check bags. I needed to pay another $184 per person in order to be able to travel with luggage. ABSURD!!! Of course it was a no cancel, no change ticket. I will NEVER use this outfit again!!!

Was worried about not being able to get a full refund, was able to talk with Eddie Clark and he managed to contact the airline and avoid paying a cancellation fee!

She worked very hard and finally found a way to resolve this problem. Ty She also was very polite. Her name is Reed Wilson.

This company sold a flight for an agreed price, even sent over a booking confirmation. Then proceeded to call the next day with notice that the fair has been increased 2x the original quoted rate. They presell anticipated seats without confirming with the Airlines, causing you to in reality not even have a reservation with the airline, even though they have taken your payment information. I would never use this company and highly recommend any one considering, to go directly with your chosen airline.

Enjoyed the fast response, and helpful assistance. Did not appreciate the company promising me a ticket and overbooking, but that wasn't the fault of anyone but the airline.

Its a scam!!! They will offer cheaper prices online and once you book it they will not provide the tickets and will put you on waitlist then they will force you to upgrade the tickets and ask you for more money 2x then original tickets, cancel the reservation? What refund? They will show you middle fingr you are trapped!!! If you are in this situation just block your credit card!!! And dont contact them

Ms. April Yaren was simply wonderful, she was very patient and very professional in her of approach. She helped me find a flight even though the price of the new fare was high the previously quoted price that I initially signed up for. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
