I've read some negative reviews regarding fbc travel. Obviously they did not deal with April Yaren
. She is absolutely fantastic. Awhile back i was trying to find a "cheap: flights to Australia. I called many different agencies. They were cheap, but I was not allowed luggage, every one of the places I called said about the same all had a lay over in LA between 10 and 11 hours, and for about 1200 dollars, I could bring luggage
Very frustrated I found a travel agency called fbc. Spoke with April Karen. The best
She booked me on a flight leaving from Newark to Vancouver with ONLY ONE HOUR LAY OVER!!!!!!! Then to Sydeny. April ordered a wheel chair for me and got aisle seats for me. Bottom line, I highly recommend using fbc travel. Ask for April. I quite sure that there are other helpful people at fbc, but if you can, ask for April she went through to get me the best flight. If you want to fly using fbc. I'll give you the correct phone number.

A rep name Shane Miller helped us 5 hours on the phone to book flights. Our initial flight was cancelled and could not find a flight to the destination we needed. The prices were almost double. He did not leave us until he made sure we have a confirmation. He was very patience with us and caring.

My experience with April was wonderful. She was so understanding and patient-super kind. My experience with FBC -not so much. They apparently left me a voicemail after I spoke with them on the 22nd and said my flights were cancelled- I had no clue until I called today to confirm. It ended up costing me 350.00 more -as they planned to just keep the money they had already charged me for a flight I wasn’t getting. Quite the scam. But with some persistence- I was able to at least get a flight even though it cost more. A simple email would’ve been great to let me know. But kudos to April and her supervisor for their kindness and compassion.

Hard to get boarding pass sorted out!

Please don't book through FBC Travels. I try to purchase flight tickets and never received a confirmation or mt tickets. only good thing they didn't get to charge my credit card. Please watch who you go through.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Max for helping make my trip to see my son in the Navy in Norfolk VA a success. I was confused about my travel arrangements that I made online. He called me and helped me understand and made the corrections that needed to made to get me back home. He was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and told me not to worry at all. He called the airlines for me to get my reservations changed and made sure I had a way back home. He is amazingly kind and has GREAT customer service skills.
Katerine called me back today and made sure that things were all straightened out and was glad to hear it was all worked out. She was very kind and caring. I will definitely use FBC Travels again for my next trip!!!

She tried and tried to find me the best flights and didn't stop till she found one.

Their fares are not actual prices but some estimations "based on historical" data. After your booking is allegedly completed, they send you an email stating that your booking was successful, but in fact there is no booking, no tickets are issued, and your card doesn't get charged (but they have your card details from now on).

this website is a scam don't be fooled by their low rates its a way to lure you in and then charge you for more fees

This company is a total scam. Do not use them. You will not get your tickets and you will not get the class of ticket requested. They do not understand English. They do not speak English very well nor will they respond or resolve your problems. Once they have your money, that’s all they care about.

Kathrin provided great service and was polite and patient in obtaining reasonable solution.

Booked a direct flight to Asia, $200 cheaper than others,

immediate email saying booked, await confirmation.
Then called me back and said special fare no luggage, in fact can't fly on those

dates, but for an extra $600 we can get you on that flight!

Furious i said I will take the flight as is, oh thats not

available, but we hold a ticket for you different dates with a

technical stop in China ! WTF i said i need to get legal advice

and speak to my credit card company, but they warned you signed

up to our terms and conditions, also x airline will ban you in

future. I blame cheapflights.com as they are the trusted brand

that led me to the scammers. Note no money was taken and the card

now blocked. AVOID !

Scam artists, they offer cheap tickets with a huge disclaimer that's like 10 pages long that essentially let's them do whatever they want. You dont get your ticket right away nor does your card get charged. Don't buy anything from these people. Also their support service sucks. You can barely understand them and they just repeat the same thing over and over again.

THIS IS A SCAM!! They sold me a “stand by” ticket and never gave me a ticket to get on the flight! They stole my money and wouldn’t refund me such a scam!

The Agent (Amber Green) work long and flawlessly with me to find the best deal possible after airline changes with flight details.

Austin Moore is nice and kind worker.
He listened my situation very carefully, and He was trying to upgrade my flying ticket for free.
I could have complained more to your company, but I chose not to do it because of Austin's kindness.

I was deceived and completely taken advantage of by this company. The cost said $132 and I paid for it. Then I got an email saying I had to call a number immediately, which I didn't see until it was "too late." Then when I called, they said this ticket was not a guaranteed seat, that I could not even bring a carryon, and that I would have to give them more money to guarantee my seat. I ended up having to pay over $300 for the flight. I could have gone directly to AA and gotten a ticket for less than that and not have to worry about whether it was a scam or not. The worst part was that I had to spend over an hour on the phone with Marshall Richardson to even get this done. This is a horrible scam. I would tell anyone to never ever use FBC. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
