This site is a bait and switch con
This site is a bait and switch con. They offer cheap fairs but then inform you the tickets don’t include carry on baggage and you can’t purchase add on baggage even with extra fees. The tickets are non-refundable and have an additional cost to cancel. The “cheap tickets” cost me about $300 more than average ticket costs for the same destination. Stay way away from this scam.
FBC Travels is a fraudulent website
FBC Travels is a fraudulent website. I strongly recommend not booking any tickets through them. I booked a flight in CAD, and original flight website also charged a CAD, but I was charged in USD instead. Additionally, the website does not provide clear or transparent information about the currency or charges before completing the booking.
Very deceptive website
Very deceptive website. After booking my travel arrangements at a very good price. After they called me I was told that the class of ticket I needed to pay another $263.00. ABSURD!!! Of course it was a no cancel, no change ticket. I checked Delta and I could have booked the same for $154.00 less. I will NEVER use this outfit again!!!
This is the worst website ever
This is the worst website ever . Actually is scam . When you buy ticket they ask to update it or lose money. Please do not buy from this website
They are SCAM big time
They are SCAM big time .
Bait and switch business.
Do not buy the tickets from them. They will sell tickets and then call you demanding more money. We refused to pay.
We will report them to credit card companies and the airlines that they are scammers.
Bait & Switch SCAM
Bait & Switch SCAM
Booked a round trip flight (ATL - SFO) thru Google for $222. Two hours later they call me to say that they gave me a discounted price that was jo longer available. They wanted me to keep the itinerary schedule, but pay an additional $500.
I told them No, I will not pay anything more than what was advertised at time of sale. They threatened to cancel the reservation, and keep the original $222. I still told them No, and I demand a full refund.
I told them I was going to send official complaints to Visa, United Airlines, and Google, and now I am here too.
Do NOT trust this "company". They are bait & switch scammers with a really bad reputation, which we found out later. Even United Airlines knows about them and their scamming practices.
PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!
PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!
If I could put a negative star I would. This site is a rip off the agents are very rude. They lied about the reservation and would not process my reservation without me agreeing to pay $500 additional dollars. I contacted Delta and they told me how the 3rd party process works and the Delta agent assured me that they still had seats available for the flight but Fare Boutique Corp did not complete my reservation and that I should’ve received a Delta confirmation number when I made the reservation online. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. The agents are rude and scammers.*** PLEASE BEWARE****

THEY ARE A SCAM!!
THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They just take your money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I booked a flight for my daughter and me. They then called me to “confirm” and tell me that I was limited to a personal item only. We were traveling to NY and needed more space for sweaters and coats. They then proceeded to “help” me find another flight where I could have a carry on, but this flight was now going to cost me $200 more. I had to bite the bullet because we were going to surprise my Goddaughter for her 18th birthday. Well, unfortunately, my daughter and I got the flu and couldn’t fly. I called FBC Travels to see if I could get a credit. I had to pay $99 to cancel (which I totally understand that fee) but I would only get a credit of $189 in total. Mind you, our tickets cost $689. I told them to forget it. I was not paying another dime. I was in a rush to get these tickets, and didn’t read the reviews. Do yourself a favor, and do not book with these people.
SCAM WARNING
SCAM WARNING — FBC TRAVELS IS A TOTAL FRAUD
I am furious. FBC Travels is a complete SCAM. I booked airline tickets on July 31, they sent me a “confirmation”. Next day they called saying the price “wasn’t available” and pressured me to pay $200 more, threatening that I’d lose my money because they “don’t do refunds.”
The offer: different airline and different airport, higher price. After much arguing I agreed. I received another email with confirmation and with TICKET NUMBERS. Being suspicious, I called the airline, and confirmed the reservation was active. Last week, I wanted to change my seat only to discover FBC Travels had cancelled my tickets. I asked the airline if the cancellation was because of the problems the airlines are experiencing, they assure me NO, FBC had cancelled
I called FBC, they said the airline had cancelled, and fed me LIES for days — excuses, fake investigations, no supervisors. Then a supervisor named Luisa told me the most outrageous lie of all:
👉 “We never made a reservation for you, and we never charged you.”
I have proof in my hand — ticket numbers, emails, credit card charges--everything — and she still said, “File a dispute with your credit card.” And hang up
Because of their scam, I had to rebook last-minute and pay MORE THAN DOUBLE.
FBC Travels is dishonest, abusive, and dangerous. They:
• Send fake confirmations
• Take your money
• Cancel your flights
• Lie to your face
• Refuse refunds
• Deny everything
SCAM SCAM SCAM. RUN from them!!!!
Asher Jones needs a raise :)
Asher Jones was very kind and courteous with me while assisting me with my refund. I spoke with him two separate times and he was very reassuring and prompt with his communication and making sure everything was taken care of.

I never had such a bad experience with any travel.
Customers should have the protection from the authorities, THIS IS USA!!!
Really sad and frustrated.
The price, you see, is just to withdraw your legs, and they send the initial confirmation with a number, but, once you gave them the card details, the game will start! Really bad and I can't imagin that this happens in USA!
After that, they offer to you another flight, which is not what you want, neither the price, day of flight, date of return... AND THE PRICE IS MUCH HIGHER, and if you want to cancel, SAYING IT US NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT EXCHANGABLE.
So you are obliged to accept what they offer. I can't imagine what is happening.
When you check in with flight company, no any luggage been allowed and you have to pay for the luggage, although on the initial confirmation, there is mentioning about the luggage and how much is allowed for cabin.
This is a very bad company, and if there is less than - Zero , I will give my assessment.
SAD ON USA, TO ALLOW SUCH THINGS TO Happen.
WHERE IS THE PROTECTION OF THE CUSTOMERS!
I think should be go to the court.
REALLY SAD
