First off for the first question on the review to even be to the consumer is "What went wrong this time" Should say it all, Buyer beware! Apparently that says alot about this company FBC Travels. They quote a rate and take your credit card and charge it. They then call and tell you that was only
a promotional rate and cannot confirm that price, they in turn want to charge an addional amount on what was already charged or change your flight to another location. You go to the terms and conditions and it doesn't allow you to read the terms/conditions. Another question on the survey was "How can this company improve" my Honest answer would be to close down. (their last comment on their survey is to be honest) I am being honest. Whomever owns this company should be ashamed of themselves and the poor employees who have to deal with the bait and switch complaints. Their hands seem to be tied, even when talking to a "supervisor"

Don’t buy from this agency! They ate thieves! They put low prices and don’t tell you what you are actually buying. They have all kinds of hidden fees and then they call you to confirm, they offer you something and say that that’s not what they told you over the phone. They are fraudulent.

The old bait and switch tactic. BE WARNED! I made a reservation through FBC Travel for what I thought was a great price. However, upon further investigation I learned it ISN'T a great price and that when you MUST call them, they lay out all the restrictions for the rate. The restrictions are SO ridiculous that it makes the ticket completely invalid. Then they try to upsell you to a higher fare that the airline would include with a regular priced ticket. Go directly to the airline of choice. You will have less aggravation and know exactly what you are paying for. This company is a scam, advertising false fares and should be shut down.

Had 1 horrible phone call withAmber after calling twice from speaking to Makayla and Patrick. The 4th time I called I spoke with April Yaren who was courteous and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help with my problem. After all the back n forth my situation was exhausting. I was very happy to speak to April, she was professional and actually understood what I was saying because she was listening instead of over talking and speaking rude like amber. Won’t be using again tho I tell you that

They did not provide a ticket to out of the country travel. It was so late finding out that I could not re-book. I was on hold for over 2 hours waiting for a response. These people are total scammers. DO NOT USE!!!

April was an amazing host to our experience . She listened very carefully to our concerns and parameters for travel, asked us detailed questions in choosing our itinerary and took the time because she cared. What was most helpful was the reassurance she gave us regarding the arrival of our boarding passes prior to our planned trip. Thank you, April. You rock!

April Y. was very patient when I messed up my flight reservations. She even helped me find a better flight that fit my preferred arrival and departure times.

This place is a total scam.

It's classic bate and switch they WILL not sell you a ticked at the price listed unless you pay an UPGRADE fee. They time the transaction so it's impossible to read the agreement.

You can tell the good reviews are PAID, they're isn't a person who works for this "Company" that doesn't have the last name "Patel" They will transfer you from Patel to Patel.

Looks up the address it doesn't exists.

Really patient

I''m surprised my booked online ticket is not final and I must call them. Then I found out my ticket doesn't allow me to carry a luggage!
and have to get a new ticket! Now, my credit card has two ticket charges.

The agent is very patient, though, and told me the first one would be canceled. The whole call process to get a new ticket took an hour!

Now, I'm hopefully waiting for the refund of the first ticket.

But I found something not right, the first one I'm booked with is Air Canada, but on my credit card it says ESTRINE TRAVEL LLC., And the agent old me I had to agree to pay this one first then get canceled.

I hope I'll get my refund, or I'm paying for two tickets for one trip.

Went on the website found some tickets that were about $30 less than through the actual website. Then I receive a phone call that they wanted to verify the information and then tried told me that they were going to have to charge me more than what I originally booked and to switch to the next day if not I would be paying over $1000. They had not charged me yet so I asked them to cancel and they refused. They also did not allow me to speak to someone higher in position. It was a mess. After I got so frustrated and hung up on them they ended up canceling my flights and I booked directly with delta for almost the same fee. Ended up paying a fraction of what FBC wanted to add ontop. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don't fall for their scam!!!!

Scam and total Rip Off ! Beware ! If you book a ticket online they will email you about a week after and will tell you that "That rate is not available" and you have to pay $360 more, but the amount you originally paid is non-refundable - They intentionally make mistakes on your ticket and then when you catch it, they say, "Sorry, too late that rate is gone", you have to pay more and there's taxes and fees above the ticket price. DO NOT get tickets from them !!! You will end up paying hundreds and hundreds more than you originally booked and way more than going straight to the Airline. They try to scare you by saying you have to arrive 4 hours early for the economy fare and you can only take a 5 lb. carry on.
