The colours are different on screen though which is why I had to return 2 items of clothing

Brilliant experience at Fatface
I had to return a dress i received online as the wrong size had been put on the paper label outside the dress. I phoned the Waterloo branch and they were most helpful and friendly. I explained I would come in to their store and return the dress and purchase the correct size. They reserved a dress for me. I ended up purchasing a lovely green winter coat which had 20 per cent off.

Lacking selection and sizes
Three * because I feel like the shops actually offer much less in terms of selection and sizes as compared to buying online. I visited 4 London locations and they were all the same. I ended up having to order what I was looking for online after I returned to the US.

Great advice and service
The staff were so kind as I staggered in to buy flip flops. ( work shoes after not wearing for a long time - you can imagine). Some great extra purchases as well.
