Long delay in delivery!
It’s nearly two weeks since I ordered the coat and it still hasn’t been delivered to the store.

Problem solved perfectly
I had bought a summer top in May and put it away until the sun came out. I finally had a chance to wear it this week and was surprised to find that the security tag was still on it!! I did not have the receipt but took it to the shop and told them my story. They were able to check out my profile and found the purchase. They then apologised and refunded my money and sold it back to me at the sale price as some compensation for having to go back to the store. Excellent service!! In fact the staff are always friendly and helpful in my local shop.
