Extremely lovely store to shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout of the shop inspires me and it is always very clean. They have a great range of the Fatface clothing for sale and are very helpful if you need to order on line from their shop. You can have deliveries to the store, your home or a Next shop.

Very good service from FatFace both in their shop and on line.
Your staff were very helpful in the St Neots shop. They helped me find trousers in the right size and shape.

I ordered through the shop - this was made very easy by the staff member. Delivery to the shop was within a couple of days & free.

Ordered on line and had delivered to my local High Street store. Very efficient staff who quickly found my order.
First time I’ve done this, but will doing it this way in future. No delivery costs. Wonderful.

The store and customer service staff…
The store and customer service staff were very apologetic and helpful regarding my delivery. It was due, delayed, sent to the wrong store then lost completely. Lots of emails re delivery but no sign of the skirt. So a new one was ordered, due, delayed emails again but it finally arrived 8 days after its original expected date BUT a day earlier than the second date. Finally, and like Cinderella's slipper...It Fits. Fat Face and product tick. Delivery company, ( you know who you are!) cross.
