Friendly and reliable
Then usual warm and friendly staff at the shop when I collected an online order, and similarly when I returned a short while later to purchase another item that I had been eyeing (online) for some time.

I love the fat face store in st Neots.
The staff are lovely and super helpful. Always happy to help and always smiling. Have visited other fatface stores but St Neots is my personal favourite. Lots of lovely products and the sales are really good xx

My order was delivered to my local shop in st neots. I was informed by email to say that the item was delayed for a few days but the same day l had another e mail to say item was now at the shop . Staff were very polite and efficient when l collected the item .

Wonderful shopping experience as always
Nice range of clothes to choose from in the sale. Easy to negotiate the store and very pleasant staff. Took a while to choose and was able to try out items in the fitting rooms. Checkout was not too busy so only had to wait a couple of minutes.

Great experience with staff but products returned
Delivery great, direct to local store, staff at St Neots store are lovely. Unfortunately none of the items I ordered fit or looked good, the tops were too short and dress too large. I returned items to Rushden Lakes store, where again staff were fantastic.
