Fatface St Davids Store is Amazing!
I am a frequent visitor to the St. Davids store whenever I am in the area and always enjoy looking in to see what they have.
I am usually greeted by the wonderful Pauline, who's positive energy just radiates through the store!
She offers great advice and recommendations, but she does not pressure me into buying something I don't like.
I love how the store is laid out, it is full of rustic charm. it's easy to see what clothing is on offer, and this shop is always spotlessly clean.
A credit to all those who work there.

Nice quality denim
Nice quality denim, colour and shape. Size varies a lot, first ordered on line and didn’t fit, second I bought in store and same size fitted perfectly.

Very Good Quality Merchandise
I was in the Fatface store in St Davids today.
The staff on duty really did make me feel welcome and warmly greeted me on my arrival. I thought that both staff members were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly, their cheerful demeanours certainly brightened my day!
I will definitely shop at Fatface again in the future.

Very helpful staff in St David's
Very helpful staff in St David's. Kind, friendly and welcoming. I rushed from work to arrive 10 minutes before closing, still happy and encouraged me to try on before I left. Always a welcome but never pushy when you go in.

Great staff!
I really enjoyed my visit to your St David's store and found lots of lovely things, but settled on a leather bag (which my husband then said he would buy for my birthday!) What made it so special was Anne, who served us – she was so friendly, helpful and funny and we left with a real spring in our step. What a treat!

Was made to feel like a thief and…
Was made to feel like a thief and criminal whilst being followed around the shop. Will not be returning. I’m not trying to make this shop look bad as the products they sell are high quality but being made to feel that uncomfortable is not worth it.

From the st David’s shop
From the st David’s shop, I ordered a rugby shirt as the size wasn’t in stock. After a month, I asked if they d heard anything. The staff in the shop found that the order had been cancelled at the warehouse. Neither the shop or I was notified and no refund was given until the member of staff asked about it.
Other items arrived promptly and the staff in the shop could not have been more helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in a shop full of quality items
Staff really lovely and helpful. Store is well presented and spacious. Lots of choice. My daughter bought me a lovely coat and it was difficult to just pick one! I bought 2 pairs of mens slippers as Christmas presents and loved them
so much I ordered another pair on-line. They are excellent quality and look cute as well
