Extremely warm and cosy
Ordered the Red Shelter fleece in the sale and I love it. It is super warm, haven't needed to put the heater on whilst WFH it is that cosy. Lovely fit and looks good. Would've been happy to pay full price knowing how good it is.

I had a problem receiving a refund on an out of stock item.
Had a few visits to the store and staff were extremely helpful but couldn’t resolve the problem. I unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue online but after yet another visit to the store and several more attempts Niamh from the North Berwick store resolved the issue.
Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful and finally sorted the problem. Well done Niamh and NB staff.

Great service
I popped into my local branch in North Berwick this morning to look at a coat I’d seen online. It was even nicer than I’d hoped and great quality so I had to buy it. The whole experience was made even nicer by the lovely assistant Niamh.

Ordered online and collected from a nearby store. I was served straight away. I had to return one of the items which I’d ordered in error. This was done very quickly and efficiently. Staff were very pleasant

Ordered 5 pocket jeggings on line - really handy having the North Berwick shop nearby. Tried the items on before leaving in case they didn’t fit. Fatface jeggings are really comfortable to wear and good for a more dressed up look than just jeans. Buy them every year - hope Fatface continue making them as best jeggings around.

I've used click and collect here when they don't stock my size; and have found this to be a more than satisfactory experience.
