Love fat face . Always know what ever I buy will fit.

I bought a shirt from fat face and I think it’s good.
I also went online and bought a hoodie, I think that’s good also.

I have purchased online before but visited the store at Meadowhall yesterday. I was greeted by Shirley who instantly made me feel welcome. I haven’t been well and not shopped for quite a while. Shirley was like my personal shopper going above and beyond to help me choose my items. Her excellent knowledge of her stock made my visit exciting. Shirley showed me every colour combination, suggested what made up an outfit and what colours suited me best! What a wonderful, helpful person and asset to the store…she made my day! I was then served by David whom was equally friendly and helpful when making my purchases. What a fantastic team they make! By far the best customer service I have received in a very long time…many thanks Carole

Bought something online with delivery in store. Not only I absolutely love the item bought but also the service in store. Acknowledged with a smile is the perfect customer service in my opinion. (Meadowhall store)

FatFace staff are always super friendly and cool. Shops always well presented!

Visited Fat Face store in Sheffield to buy a pair of jeans. Tried the style and size l wanted omly to find the regular length was too short.
Informed by the assistant that they don't keep stock of either short or long length in store and would have to order online.
Very helpful and jeans ordered. Quick delivery arriving the following day.

The staff in the shop are very friendly and extremely helpful. Always got a smile for everyone and some conversation.

My visit to the Sheffield Meadowhall FatFace Store was disappointing overall, largely due to the attitude of the sales staff. They came across as disinterested and unapproachable, giving the impression that they would rather be elsewhere than assisting customers. This lack of engagement really detracted from the shopping experience. It’s hard to understand why anyone would choose a customer-facing role if they’re not willing to offer even a basic level of service. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning to this store anytime soon.

Something a little bit different and always great quality. Love to browse in stores but also shop online. Staff are always very helpful if you need them for anything.

Needed a different size and friendly assistant was very obliging and went and got one.

Returned item as was too big. Fat Face always good customer service.

Great jacket , service and delivery spot on

The size I ordered was too big. The sales assistant checked to see if they had a smaller size which they did. I found this really useful as I live a long way from the shop so it saved me time and money to have to re order. Thankyou

Fat face is a great place to shop. Lovely clothes, well made and the staff in store are always really helpful.

I buy a lot of clothes from Fat Face online ..but my favourite store has to be the Meadowhall one.All the staff are so friendly and helpful .
David who works there is just one of the best crew ..nothing is ever too much trouble for him..approachable ,friendly polite .
A fabulous asset to the brand and store ..well done .
