I ordered a pair of shorts online to be delivered to the Farnham branch of Fatface, as they were not available instore. I went to collect them and tried them on, they fitted perfectly but had a weave fault on the back pocket. I wasn't sure what to do but the store manager contacted a couple of other stores - without success - then offered me a discount, which I accepted! I most probably would have returned the shorts if he hadn't been so helpful.

Efficient and helpful. Both online and in the store. Attractive clothing at good prices - and in petite. A real bonus. Well done.

Ordered some new shorts as need the long length not available in most stores and they appear and seem to be the same quality as the ones I already own :)

Delivered on time to a friendly local store.

My £90 jacket was delivered to the wrong shop. Still no sign of it. No communication other to tell me it was at wrong shop. I phoned and was told to be patient, !! Not good enough is it. Still no sign of my jacket, and rhe event I wanted to wear it to has been and gone. Very disappointed

Although I’ve bought Fatface clothes for myself and as gifts, I hadn’t bought anything for my husband and wasn’t sure what size to order. I ordered two sizes, one was perfect and the other item I returned to store. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amount refunded was in my account two days later. Every item I’ve bought from FatFace has been good quality and washes very well.

If I had one request it would be that ‘tall’ options are available on women’s tops, as well as on a wider selection of men’s. The sleeves are quite often about two to three inches too short for me (I’m 5ft 8”). Even the tall option of the fleece I bought for my husband could do with an extra couple of inches on the body and sleeve length (he is 6ft 1”).

I ordered a pyjama top and pyjama bottoms as a Christmas gift on line as they were not available in store at the Farnham branch. I arranged for the items to be delivered to the store for me to pick up.
I was told they would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas but in event one item didn’t arrive. Luckily my good friend was not upset to receive the gift after Christmas so all was well.
She was very pleased with the items I’m pleased to say.

They didn't have my size in the Farnham shop. They ordered two pairs of the jeans I wanted. They arrived at my house the next day and fitted perfectly.

Just love FatFace for both ladies and mens clothing, great quality. Click and collect service in store is so convenient too. Also, should you need to, returns are very easy and refunds come through quickly.

On line order came swiftly to collect at Farnham store. This si my third pair o the Chesil cord trousers. Perfect fir, light fabric suitable or Spring and Autumn.

Ordered two items online. One was lovely and I kept, the other didn’t suit me at all but it was so simple and easy to return that item to my local store - no tedious paperwork, they did it all and I had a refund within a few days . Great service
