Cute shorts
I ordered khaki chino shorts in the sale, collect at local store. Shorts are lovely and fit nicely (hoping the colour stays true, the last pair faded really quickly…). Staff at my local store were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The staff were lovely in the Ely branch…
The staff were lovely in the Ely branch today when I took back a purchase that didn’t fit, that was purchased from another Fatface store. When I have more time I’ll be back to choose something else because I am always pleased with Fatface quality and designs.

Delivered my selected goodies to store well packed and quickly. They were sale items and they fitted: I couldn't ask for more. Well I could, but I doubt that I would get it. On collection, a very pleasant young man found the parcel and handed it over without fuss or bother.

I was given the best experience yesterday at Fat Face Ely. I have felt at a loss of how to dress my thirty something year old mum body for a while and was about to quit my browsing when I asked Daisy for some help. She was so incredibly kind, attentive and supportive whilst looking after an increasingly busy shop as well. She made suggestions and gave me such a confidence boost I tried some things I never would have dared to! I cannot thank her enough, it went far beyond just helping me make a purchase!

Lovely dress for going out in but too expensive for any mistakes
Lovely dress but Quality Control missed the sleeves varying in tightness of the wrist shirring and slight difference in length. Spoilt the dress for me. It had to go back. The refund went through quite quickly as I returned the dress the following day of receipt. Fat Face did not e-mail me with acknowledgement of receipt or when they made the credit back into my bank account. I think it would have been good to have let me know something.

A mixed bag...
My wife wanted a particular bag from Fat Face for her birthday, so I bought one. It arrived quickly and seemed to be perfect. Unfortunately, she was too impatient, so bought it for herself! Excellent service from Fat Face in Ely, meant that I could return it for a refund without any difficulty. I've now substituted a Christmas present instead.
