Didnt get his name sorry. Went and had a look in the stock room and found it as it had only just come in.

I simply love fatface
I simply love fatface, their clothes are so beautiful, soft and well design. I like to wear them during the whole year; spring full of flowers, nice and comfortable dresses and shirts, warm during winter… it is just my favourite shop to dress up and look good.

Excellent shopping experience
I received my order of 04/02/24 by post promptly. Unfortunately both items were a little too big so I visited the Cardiff store today 11/02/24. The store staff were both so helpful whilst I was trying on smaller sizes that I came away with my exchanged purchases very happy. Thank you Fat Face and thank you Cardiff Crew x

I returned an online order to the Cardiff branch. I was unable to get a refund at the store but the manager packed up my parcel and attached a return label. All I needed to do was to take the parcel to the post office. I feel he went above and beyond to assist me.

Excellent Customer Care
FATFACE, customer care is amazing, easy to get hold of, any queries they’ll sort it.The returns policy is, excellent (for me it was ordering in different sizes)The fact they, enclose a prepaid label, just demonstrates to me, they want to make a customer’s shopping experience as easy as possible.
They don’t compromise, on the quality of their clothing/products.
The Cardiff store, is welcoming, helpful, excellent location, so overall it’s a really good shopping experience.

The lady at the checkout was extremely helpful, even though the shop was busy as the January sale has just started.
The Cardiff shop was well organised and plenty of room to browse.
