No defamation implied just plain facts based on my personal experience
If I could give a lower score then I would!!! I am appalled by the behaviour and language of the manager at the Bromley store. Unfortunately, thefts in the retail sector must be a nightmare for the company and managers alike.
However, the ethnicity of a thief is NOT a defining factor based on skin colour, gender or age.
As a resident of Bromley, the Fat Face store was one I regularly frequented but after hearing the following statement by an employee, on the shop floor, with customers around, "keep an eye on that guy as he is black."
As an ethnic minority male, I am grievously offended by this statement and will therefore boycott the Bromley store.

Bromley shop has the friendliest staff
Bromley shop has the friendliest, most helpful assistants. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to give excellent service. A big thankyou to the staff there.

Delivered to store for me to pick up - arrived before promised time. In store staff were friendly - offered me the chance to try the garment on instore before I left. Item is gorgeous, as expected, and fits perfectly!

Welconing Bromley store
Visited Bromley store towards end of day om a Saturday. We were drawn to the men's sale items and the sales assistant was so friendly and encouraging thatvwe spent £168 ! A great member of the team with a respectful approach towards my son using his wheelchair. A welcoming and friendly store.

Friendly staff
Mary-Jane was so friendly and attentive. The store was very busy due to the current sale and she still found time to make me feel like a valued customer. She gave some great styling advice regarding an embroidered top that I really liked but wasn't sure what to wear with. An absolute credit to the team! I'll be back after the sale is over to have a look at the new stock.

Fantastic quality clothes you can easily wear for years. Comfortable and easy to wear beautiful pieces that flatters your figure at the same time. I specially recommend the Simone dress - bought maybe 7 different over the years! Quick delivery is a bonus😊. I love a rustic and natural look of your shops too. I only wish I could have some kind of discount considering that I’m a frequent customer but unfortunately Fatface doesn’t offer any loyalty discount.

I love Fat Face!
I went into a Fat Face store.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was a sale on and not a lot of choice in the trousers I was interested in.
I tried on a few pairs.
I have recently ordered some trousers in the sale online.
