I love shopping at Fat Face
I love shopping at Fat Face . The clothes fit is always just right for me and they are constantly refreshing designs for new clothing ideas. Every time I go into FF I see something I like. Excellent quality clothing and great Service in the Bromley Fat Face Store .

Great customer service
Ordered denim jacket click and collect , came on time , very pleased with purchase, just needed to try on for size in store.

Delivery charges
I've been buying fatface clothes now for a very long time and I still enjoy their brand and style of clothes the only thing I completely disagree with is the charge for hime delivery, when I go to a store I expect to see at least one of each size but since Fatface have resized the clothes they only stock upto xxl which means I have to go to the shop to see if I actually like it because you can never tell from a photo order it and go back to the shop to collection. Why should I be made to pay delivery charges for a stores lack of sizes in stock which is why I don't buy no where near as much clothing as I use to from Fatface I'm not the only one a lot of friends who use to shop there go else where now because fatface want to charge you for home delivery because of their short fall in customer service.

Service with a smile
As soon as I entered the Bromley shop, I was welcomed and was told they could order a blouse for me with a no fuss refund, if needed. I tried on another blouse to establish the size, and the order was made accordingly. When eventually I tried this blouse on, it seemed rather large, and staff willingly ordered a smaller size. When I tried that on, it was a perfect fit. All this was arranged by such friendly staff, who took a genuine interest in the whole process, giving comments about the sizing and understanding that I needed to get this right, as it was for a wedding. The customer service provided by Lawrence, Nichola, Mary-Jane and Catherine was excellent. Thank you!

Fabulous Bromley team…
Visited the Bromley store today and, as always, great service from the friendly and helpful team there. Mary-Jane is always fabulous and between her and Mel they sorted out my return and re-order with no problems. They went over and above helping me work out the right size to order then sorted it all out for me. Fatface staff are always nice but this store is definitely a bit above in my view.

I am pleased with the Mawes shorts. The cotton fabric is soft and I like that they are offered in 3 lengths.
The longer 12 inch size suits me.

Slippers falling apart after a month ?!
I received a pair of your “Kaia Dark Natural Faux Fur Cuff Mules” slippers as a Christmas present from a younger sibling and I noticed the bottom of the sole was coming away from the shoe (end of January) Now it’s the 6th Feb and the whole sole is basically hanging on by the smallest bit (on my right slipper) After only a month!? And for a £30 pair of slippers I think that is shocking 😳🤬 Primark £2/£3 slippers would of lasted longer to be honest 😆 so I do NOT recommend fatface slippers x
