Tommy was an absolute star on Saturday
Tommy was an absolute star on Saturday, checking in with customers whether they had the right sizes and going to check for extra shoes out the back. He'd only been there a couple of weeks but if he didn't know an answer would go and find someone who did. Really great customer service.

Not very inclusive in store
I usually absolutely adore fat face and more than half of my wardrobe is from there, but recently I went into a store with a gift voucher I received as a birthday present and couldn't find anything in my size. I spoke to a sales assistant who was less than helpful who advised me that in store sizes only go up to 18. I left feeling very disappointed and spent my voucher online, I don't feel that this is very inclusive as they had every other size in store.

Thank you for your message. At the moment, due to space limitations in our stores, we’re only able to carry a selected range of sizes on the shop floor - typically up to a size 18. However, we do offer a wider size range online, and we’re always happy to help with ordering to store or home if that’s more convenient for you.
We know how important it is to have more inclusive sizing available in store, and this is something we’re continuously reviewing. Your feedback is really appreciated and will be shared with our team as we work to improve the experience for all our customers.

It's a Christmas gift
It's a Christmas gift - but disappointed in the ordering process. Decided not to contribute to environmental destruction by ordering online for pick-up in Bath. I was allowed to designate a day, which helped as it meant I could plan a visit. I do not live in Bath, so it would incur travel costs. Unfortunately, I only received communication on the designated day that the delivery would be delayed. I then heard NOTHING. I waited until I couldn't put off my trip to Bath any longer, and visited the store to ask if it had been delivered - they said it would be there until I received an email. On my journey home, within an hour of that conversation, I received an email saying that the item was now in store. This meant making yet another journey. What a waste. Won't try this again.
