Easy ordering and excellent customer service.
I find the on line ordering very easy. Collecting in store is easy.
I recently called the customer service number to ask about some V&A print trousers which I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, and found the agent very helpful.

Jeans are a great fit, true to standard sizing, and the long length is perfect for my long legs! Appear as pictured too, unlike some other sites. Very pleased. May buy another pair in a slightly different colour.

We went into your store in Bath and what we wanted to purchase was not the right size. So the assistant very kindly looked it up and gave us the item code. I ordered it at home and amazingly could have it delivered to our local Next store in Longwell Green.
