Delivery as advertised- very speedy. Jumpsuit lovely colour and same as black one already owned. Love the fit and the way it hangs and length good. I ordered size 8 S. Material nice but does need ironing. My 2nd one was in the sale which is why I bought it .

Great experience
I ordered an item on-line and it was ready to collect on the chosen date and actually before the time specified. When I went to collect, I could not get on-line to bring up the email containing the order details but the staff member was very helpful and managed to find my order anyway. I was able to try my item on in the store and was very happy with it

James, James... JAMES!! I came into the store looking for advice from someone on how to dress for summer and left with an entire new wardrobe full of new looks... James spent well over an hour explaining looks, fashion, fits and how FatFace is B Corp! This guy is a gem! I will certainly be sharing this experience he made me feel as ease and confident.

Great service FatFace
The staff at the Basingstoke store have been very helpful. Being 6ft 5ins, the ability to try stuff on, then order the ‘tall’ size for delivery is perfect.
