I ordered one thing from Fatdaddy so far, Boosted Board belt kits. It was an excellent experience to order something from this webshop. Every time I sent an email, they got back to me very quickly with a helpful response, almost always the same day and always with a friendly tone. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers. Even their automated response emails are playful and friendly!

I ordered a buzzraw with an extra pair of tires. The bike was offered with a cargo net and a pair of fenders, during Xmas holidays. Never received the cargo net and the fenders together with my bike, or the extra pair of tires I purchased for 89€, although fatdaddy confirmed there is plenty of space in the box for these extras. Fat daddy never answered to any of my mails, instead I am receiving many promotion mails for new products.

Awful Service. We are still waiting for parts of our bike. The bike we paid already in 2019 took them several months more than they promissed to deliver. They didn't answer our recent emails and the emails they answered were all excuses and their promises were never reliable.

PLEASE CONTACT US AND TELL US THE EXACT DATE OF DELIVERY FOR THE MISSING PARTS.

Good price, But havent Got what i ordered yet... 2 weeks going....

Said they had OneWheels in stock, but after ordering found that was not the truth. Sent email to clarify something, but never received a response.

Got an email: "There is something with your order so we put it on hold. It's probably a stock issue that we are working on so no need to contact us directly."

Never heard anything again. 8 months ago now.

Nice online shopping experience, I collect my product after purchasing online, the guys in store are super helpful and friendly.

I ordered my onewheel pint from fat daddy. I have to say that everything was great, from quick and helpful customer service (it should be taken into account that I’m an awful customer to deal with) to quick dispatch, nice and simple ordering process. There was a problem with the delivery courier(they literally lost my pint) but Tyler and Nelson have sorted that in no time. Thanks for the stickers and everything, apologies if I was too intense. I will be ordering from Fat Daddy in future for sure.

Tijl, the shop owner, was kind enough to let me try his personal Onewheel before I went and bought one. They offer a great variety of products and all seem to be of high quality and come with excellent after-sale service!

Came by the shop a few days ago to check out the boosted board. Staff very friendly and helpful with some questions I still had. Definite recommend if you're in the area or shopping online

This is my first review but I feel compelled to write something about this company. After ordering a read the reviews on here and panicked. I had called the company a few times because my card was not being processed and my order delayed. Eventually I managed to speak with someone and gave my explanation. The payment went through but the order didn't seem to progress. Eventually I managed to receive a reply and it was apparent the order had been dispatched - just I hadn't been notified. I received the order yesterday and all is good. The moral of the story is - as I see it - they appear to be struggling under the sheer volume of orders or work and haven't got themselves properly sorted out. That said the site is not a scam and the order came through in pretty quick time.

Ordered two boosted batteries worth over €900 by the time you add in PayPal fees and shipping costs, while the website says it's all in stock and will be delivered in two days or so. It's been 6 days since the order and nothing has moved or progressed, and after repeated emails no replies. Their number doesn't work at all and their live chat feature actually never works. You cannot cancel orders online, only by contacting them, but there is no way to contact them. Avoid this website completely and save the headache. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I definitely will be getting my refund, but what a pain.
