Contract change

There was no option in the Control Panel to change our contract period. Fasthosts (and Louie Gee) found a way to give us a longer contract period with an appropriate discount - exactly what we were looking for.

Enrico

Enrico helped me to reconnect to my email on my phone and laptop and provided clear and straightforward instructions at every stage, particularly as it didn't go to plan at first. I found him to be friendly and very helpful and it was a relief when he offered a solution to get everything working again. Thank you Enrico.

Incredible support from Nes at Fasthosts

Nes at Fasthosts was absolutely incredible with helping me restore my website today after malicious files had gotten into my WordPress site. Nes walked me through downloading a copy of my uninfected files, she showed me how to restore the back up, she sorted technical things out her end and changed a password for the database in the coding and showed me how to update other user passwords etc. I am chuffed to bits. This is why i've been with Fasthosts for 30 years, they're just brilliant, and Nes is an absolute super superstar, a real credit to the company.

Great service today from Mohammed A at…

Great service today from Mohammed A at Fasthosts. My site had been attacked due to a security vulnerability. I was struggling to install an earlier back up to fix the issue, and Mohammed A resolved it asap, so the site can be back up and running and protected.

Friendly and Efficient
