Rude emails, ignored emails when I tried contacting them. Expensive fees, typed wrong too. Couldn't even cancel my order even though I tried to a couple hours later. This company is awful and you should not purchase from them. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything online .

This is the scariest thing in the world!!! This was way too easy to get!!! What is to stop some stranger from getting a LEGAL COPY of you birth certificate. No vetting at all!!!! This is completely ridiculous and I'm scared that lots of people have copies of my birth certificate. There needs to be better ways to secure the safety of our identities. I do not trust this system at all. Way too many criminals can and will take advantage of this system!!!

All my information was clear when I applied for a new birth certificate. Including my date of birth. But the birth certificate you sent me was wrong. I said September 28th. And you put September 29th.

I ordered a new birth certificate after my house was robbed. I needed it quickly to get my passport and make my European vacation. Fastbirthcertificates.com requested a birth certificate from Texas "For legal purposes" and not for a passport. There was no place on the request that could tell them I needed it for a passport. The short form of the birth certificate was not accepted by the passport office. When I called to express my concern and ask for what I needed or my money back, I was told "You know there are no refunds." Read the agreement you agreed to. Fastbirthcertificates.com caused me much stress, added expense to get another birth certificate and my passport in time for my vacation. Customer service was poor and no one wanted to listen to my concerns.
