They never answered replies for updates,requested same online 3 times and also by phone, had to contact Better Business Bureau in order to get a response. A friend ordered same type of birth certificate from same state and got it in one week and only paid $30. I paid $119 for expedited delivery and waited over 2 months! Rip off artists!!!

I was charged $99.95... plus $37.00 for FastBirthCertificates "service".
The next day I was given the direct website for KY Vital Records... paid $37.00 total... and received my birth certificate a day earlier than FastBirthCertificates "service". (I felt like like "the sucker born every minute.") Fool me once shame on you... fool me twice... shame on me. There are many ways to make money... this way is rather shady.
