I wasn't aware of my subscription (and money transfers of my cc to their account every 14 days), so get in touch with the company (Clair) to cancel this. The assistance was helpful and she managed to cancel my subscription and now is arranging I will get my money refunded to my cc account after I left this trustpilot reference.

What made my experience great was the friendly and courteous staff, After finding out I somehow had a subscription that I wasn't even aware of and reached out, the matter was handled swiftlyband professionally. I was even give a refund.

My refund is in the process which I am appreciated of but it will be finalised once I do the review which is the only thing that I don't like about this process. I would prefer doing the review once it was finalised and confirm that I am happy with the process. Currently Eric is helpful. Rating would have been higher if my review was done after the process was completed.

I have not signed up for a subscription but somehow got debited for it. When I emailed it was immediately dealt with in a professional matter. I greatly appreciated that. I might consider signing up in the future but cannot at the moment.
