Great frames and excellent customer service
Really happy with the frames I received. I did have an issue with the lenses at first, but the customer service team were very helpful and sorted it out quickly. It’s nice to deal with a company that listens to customers and is willing to help when something isn’t quite right.
The frames are excellent and I would happily consider using Fashion Eyewear again.

Fraudulent company
The way this company acts is downright criminal. After sending all the documents about extra tax/customs costs, I never received a response although they promised a refund.
Now after two months still no response. I must do a reclamation to my credit card company, meaning more time spent dealing with this. Hope to get my money back, apparently not from this company, but from Mastercard.

Took longer than expected
Hi, my order took a much longer time to come. When my glasses eventually arrived no branding on the lenses was present. I didn’t see an option to pay extra to have this on a prescription lense so expected to be in there when they arrived. Not too pleased about this.
