Cazal Defect sorted on warranty
I had an issue with some Cazal glasses which had worn after 3 months and reacted badly with my skin. Devanshi was very professional and prompt with finding a solution. Within a few days a sultion was found and I am happy to say I have purchased a replacement set of glasses from Fashion Eyewear and will continue to put my business with them as I have the past 3 years. Modern designer frames
I wanted a nice pair of designer glasses and found so many on this website. The communication from customer service was great and I was updated throughout the process until the delivery day.
It was my first time ordering prescription glasses online and I was sceptical, however they have arrived today in beautiful packaging and sturdy outer packaging. I am so pleased. I will definitely order from here again.

The glasses were too narrow for my face…
The glasses were too narrow for my face - I gave them to my wife. They look great on her.
So the issue - the "view on face" tech should be MUCH better at allowing the user to see the glasses in their real size on the face of the customer. Also, added information that can provided re sizing would be hugely beneficial.
Nice glasses, great shipping and service, but the actual 'final product' ended up a fail given the shoppers inability to actually asses sizing.

Great frames and excellent customer service
Really happy with the frames I received. I did have an issue with the lenses at first, but the customer service team were very helpful and sorted it out quickly. It’s nice to deal with a company that listens to customers and is willing to help when something isn’t quite right.
The frames are excellent and I would happily consider using Fashion Eyewear again.
