I couldn't have had a better experience than working with Raj to find an excellent diamond and engagement ring. He was very kind, helpful and did a lot of research on my behalf. It's an important decision and he was so helpful and tolerant of all the questions. I trusted his advice and he made the experience much less stressful than it could have been, and with Fascinating Diamonds' warranties and upgrade offers, there's no worry for the future. We are happy shoppers and will recommend and return!

I'd like to first state, that I rarely do reviews - but assuming there are others out there, that like me, are tentative to make an expensive jewelry purchase online...I feel I could help ease any concerns you may have. I purchased 3 diamond eternity bands from Fascinating Diamonds & from the beginning I was impressed w/their customer service; Raj (Roger) the owner called me after I placed the order, just to make sure we were on the same page, so as to assure me that my purchase would meet my expectations. I'd like to add that my ring size is not "average", so they actually had to customize the designs I'd picked and they never once complained, although it took more time than it normally would, they kept me updated...it was SO worth the wait! I received all 3 of my rings beautifully packaged and secured w/overnight delivery once they were completed - all in all, it was still far less time than any other custom ring I've purchased. When I opened the boxes, I was overwhelmed & in complete awe...they were all 3 absolutely gorgeous and the brilliance and sparkle of the stones was literally breathtaking!! I finally had the beautiful diamond bands to complete my eternity stack that at one time, I'd only dreamed of! The masterful jewelers at Fascinating Diamonds had brought my dream to a reality and for far less than I could've ever purchased from any other retailer (& trust me, I'm a "researcher", lol). I will forever cherish my lovely diamond bands and I've no doubt that they will one day be heirlooms for my daughter to treasure! I will definitely repurchase from Raj & his wonderful team of artists and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting the luxury of gorgeous, brilliant pieces of jewelry - but at an affordable price!

I worked with Roger in picking out my, now, fiance's engagement ring. He was able to provide a lot of insight and experience. The ring came out better than expected (and he told me it would). Upon independent inspection of the product (I opened it, in box at a jeweler upon receipt - I would encourage anyone else to do the same so if you ever got scammed by on an online jeweler you could prove it or disprove it by opening a "new in box" at a local jeweler that you never opened or exchanged the diamond in the event something did happen with a less-than-reputable jeweler - this was not a problem with FD), the local jeweler informed me "I was lucky," that with 9 out of 10 online orders with respect to diamonds, there are "issues." I did my research before ordering from FD. I did note FD was a member of the Jeweler's Vigiliance Council (listed under Fascinating Facets if I remember correctly). Roger was able to ensure my ring got delivered before Valentine's Day, even sent it overnight as a courtesy so I could get it on Saturday instead of Monday even though this came at greater expense to him. FD is a trusted jeweler. I can say, upon reviewing for maybe close to a month, other jewelry sites, they have the most unique and best selection of engagement rings to choose from and they are reasonably priced.

Roger was also able to do a custom design on the ring; which came out much better than expected. He also provided CAD files. We are still working on one addition to the ring, which I will be happy to update my review once we figure this out. We have received several compliments on the craftsmanship and quality of the ring and centerstone. If you are looking to save money by shopping online, I would encourage giving FD a go. Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions, Roger will take the time to help you.

We bought a ring and were nervous about buying online, but saw only excellent and responsive service. A problem arose (a small gem fell out) and we were worried, but Raj and the FascinatingDiamonds team were phenomenal - better than any other jeweler we have dealt with. They immediately took ownership, arranged to have the ring shipped back, promptly repaired and replaced the stone, and had it back to us in a flash! How they handled an issue speaks volumes about their professionalism. We will definitely buy from them again.

I was very reluctant to order something online, after going to several jewelry stores to get an idea of what I wanted and going through all the reviews I decided to contact FD. Working with Roger was very pleasant they actually had the design I wanted but with a different center. They were able to customize my ring for a very decent price, quality and timeframe. I love my ring and would deal with them again.

From the very first conversation with the jeweler on the phone to the completion of the sale, I found them to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what I wanted to buy. I purchased a pair of Princess cut stud diamond earrings for my granddaughter. I wanted very fine diamonds and in an appropriate size for a 13 year old. He was very helpful and understood what I wanted. The earrings I purchased were beautiful, high-quality, with GIA papers which is what I had asked for. The earrings were very reasonably priced because I had shopped around prior to my phone conversation with the jeweler. My granddaughter was absolutely delighted with the earrings and I look forward to doing more business with Fascinating Diamonds!

The ring they created for my wife was perfect and she was thrilled. We couldn't ask for better service and will definitely use them again.

After reading many good reviews, I decided to order an engagement ring from Fascinating Diamonds. When the ring FINALLY came in (paid for next day shipping, but it took over 2 weeks to arrive), it appeared gorgeous and even better than the pictures. After a closer look, I realized the engraving was wrong, as they engraved the WRONG NAME on the inside of the ring. The wedding band was supposed to come with it also, but they failed to include it in the shipment. After numerous calls and emails, they finally agreed to fix their mistake. They promised it would be back to us within 3-4 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks and the ring still hasn't arrived. Horrible company. They make empty promises and they ruined my proposal. When you pay that much for a ring, you think they would at least double check the spelling.

The ring Roger made my wife actually sparkles in near dark rooms!! The craftsmanship and quality of the ring is unmatched.

The ring I bought is exactly as pictured and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Delivered via Fed. Ex. with signature required. This made me MUCH more confident it would not get lost in transit. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to be emailed an estimated date of delivery for your purchase.

Found a wedding ring/band for my bride-to-be on line at Facinatingdiamonds web site. Liked what I saw, but wanted to upgrade the diamond and the gold. Communicated w/ Roger and had everything set. Was surprising my bride and I guessed the wrong ring size. When delivery came, I had to send it back to be re-sized! Roger took care of everything and got it back to me basically with a one (1) day turnaround on service! Thank You Roger!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely satisfied with service and PRICE!!!!

The ring I ordered was as advertised. Phone support was nice and peaceful...a refreshing experience. However, I had to call to place the order because I could not accomplish the order on the website.
