I ordered this item Oct 8th. I'd gotten no information about its shipping. I asked them when it would be shipped. They said Oct 16th. It's Oct 21st and I got the shipping confirmation. This does not feel like a professional organization. I'll be interested to see if it shows up. I would appreciate a significant discount.

This is the second item I have got from them - 10 years ago a ring and now a neckless, High quality work and Roger is easy to work with and is patient and very understanding , aswell as knowlegable !

Beautiful jewelry at a great price. I got my wife the engagement ring then years later got the matching band. Customer service was extremely fast responding to my question and I am very happy about my order. I can’t say enough great things about FD. THANK YOU!

The customer service was great and all questions were answered timely and respectfully. We had zero issues during the entire process and even added extra by sending in the stone to have it set for a small fee.

The experience was one that was easy, quick, and efficient. My engagement ring came in quickly and without issue. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring and couldn't have been happier.

I left the wrong review. This is the second ring I'm purchasing from Fascinating Diamonds because my 1st purchase went above and beyond expectations. And because customer service was wonderful. I will comment about this ring once I receive it. So far 5 stars in my book.

I wanted a special piece of jewelry to mark an even more special birthday. I had a custom necklace made and was somewhat nervous about communicating my ideas to an out of state business. I found Raj to be extremely helpful and made suggestions as to diamond grade for the necklace. I found a setting that I liked on their website and he created it. I knew they must be busy in advance of Valentine's day, but I found customer service to be excellent during the entire process. The diamonds are GIA certified. You can't get better than that.

The diamond necklace I ordered for my wife was shipped quickly and as promised a brilliant, flawless diamond. An excellent value for a beautiful accent!

Fascinating diamonds company behaving really unprofessionally. They Hired me for a Social media marketing position. they used my marketing knowledge and after 6 to 7 days they send me one email in that this position is on hold. Ritu Shah Ma'am why did you hired me?  after some time if you don't want to keep? You just wasted my valuable time.

from the first day of my joining, I was noticing the Ritu Shah ma'am was not responding properly. 

Mamta(HR) is not picking my call. It's ridiculous behavior of your company. you just taking advantage of the covid19 situation and using expert people's knowledge for your brand.

I was not expecting a fascinating diamond company to behave like this ridiculously to employees.

This will be my second review of fascinating diamonds. I did quite a lot of research on diamonds and stores to purchase from. AGS and GIA certified are the only two to really trust . Like I posted on Google not too many on line places can you call and get personal service for a picky lady. I initially found on eBay. I upgraded with no extra charge the Centerstone for the engagement ring. She is absolutely in love with it and I also purchased one band which they soldered together and everything was delivered faster than expected. The ring is even shinier than the picture does it justice. I chose to upgrade to a .6 carat asscher cut IF quality E color Centerstone from a .33 carat VVSI quality D color princess cut. On my first purchase I was obviously a little hesitant to make such a large purchase online but after the phone call and talking with Raj it put my fears at ease and I went ahead and purchased the engagement ring after reading their policies on upgrading and lifetime warranties. After the ring came I regretted not making a larger purchase in the first place and having to send the ring back to them to upgrade so trust me when I say no one will have any issues making any purchase from them if you feel like I did and want to talk with someone all you got to do is give them a call and they are nice, courteous, and very professional. The service is great and I cannot say enough good things about them I will always purchase everything from this store if they have the style that I like it's a guarantee they will always have my business

Very very happy with the ring. Very fast delivery and great communication when they had a stock issue. Refund for the difference quickly issued without issue. Thank you Roger for always answering my questions!

Roger was extremely helpful and patient as I had to make two changes to my order. He helped me ensure I received a quality product and even offered to get it overnight, just in time for my wedding. The package came in a discrete FedExbox and in a super cool ring box with an led and the GIA certification. The pricing was great and I would highly recommend Fascinating Diamonds to anyone looking to purchase their next piece of jewellery soon. Customer service is outstanding as is their products. Fantastic product, and a lovely ring! I asked for sapphire center-stone rather than diamond, and was not disappointed by the cut or quality. The band is fantastic, the accent stones look nice as well. All in all good to go. Mr. Roger was incredibly helpful and up front. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Our custom bands came out better than expected. The packaging was superb. Also, the process from meeting, designing, ordering and receiving was quick. Excellent customer service!

If you'e thinking of purchasing your ring from Fascinating Diamonds, do not hesitate! I wanted to have my heart-shaped engagement diamond re-set into a halo setting I liked on their website, but wasn't sure how to go about it. Raj was incredible in guiding me through the process. He suggested the appropriate band(s) to go with the setting I wanted (I got two bands, actually, one for each side of the ring), and he sent me a pre-paid, insured envelope in which to send him my diamond. He explained that they specialize in heart-shaped diamonds & settings and that the setting I had selected would be made especially for my diamond. He also sent me some drawings so that I could see exactly what I would be getting & kept in touch via email throughout the process. My beautiful rings arrived in just a couple of weeks. When I opened the boxes, the sparkle took my breath away & the rings truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Raj! I can't recommend this company highly enough.
