Great customer service

Wrong size of ," ta da "walking stick sent initially, but company apologised immediately and sent another. Postage for returns refunded very promptly

Great customer service, they contacted me when there was an issue with the order and made sure it arrived before Christmas despite the tight deadline. Really happy with it.
