They have gone completely missing in action after we bought tickets that need to be refunded. NEVER USE (if they are ever back in business), never use them.

We had business flights to Monterey Mexico in February 2020. Due to COVID Flights were cancelled. Phil Jones at Fare Machine refuses to return money. WARNING***

I used your service for the first time back on January 31 of this year to contract a flight to Manila,Philippines and a Hotel from March 4th to March 12th. the agent that I spoke with was Walter Smith who was very polite and helpful in assisting me.

Exceptional Service
I booked a return ticket to India and have to make some changes on way back. Faremachine handled it brilliantly and whole thing was just so easy and quick.
I strongly recommend them.

I found the best round trip fare at the cost of one way. Mike also advices me some good dates to save more however I was not ready due to schedule. He also added seats and baggage at nominal charge. I also called them to check for changes and there response time was better then the airlines.

My experience was not good. I paid Faremachine to upgrade my airline seat on a KLM flight to Europe. I di not get the upgrade! KLM did not receive the money to upgrade the seat. I have called Mr Frank Collins, the person who sold me the seats, several times. He does not answer or return my calls. Where is the money? I am thinking that I have been scammed by Faremachine.

Great job by FareMachine helping us with our trip to Australia and New Zealand. Shelly Foster was so helpful and patient. We couldn't have done it without her.

Worked with Mike Salvatore to book a flight to Budapest. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with not only on my initial booking but also when I called back to have some seating adjustments made.
