I've been working with Fareharbor for a number of years now, and two things stand out - the user friendly nature of the booking system, and the business support. Becky is currently my account... See more

Danny was very helpful with helping me make changes to my dashboard for next year.
Don't Use Them!
I used FafeHarbor for my reservation system. FareHarbor managed to get off of my website - I have no other place to book my tours. They single-handedly put our small Food Tour business OUT of business.
Worst experience I've ever had.
We were told that FareHarbor could fix this on our website. Today, I was told that I was still in "a first come, first serve" basis. Seriously? It's been over a month.

Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Platform After Years of Use
Having used FareHarbor for several years, I can confidently and warmly recommend this company. The staff is always knowledgeable, patient, and resolves queries in minutes. Their dashboard is user-friendly for DIY tasks, and payouts are always on time without issues. Highly recommended!
Recently started using Fareharbor
Recently started using Fareharbor. The fees were explained to me and I took it onboard. What wasn't explained to me was a further monthly API commision fee. A fee is getting charged to the customer front end, then another commision fee when I receive the payment, then this. Its too much! I've asked several times for a breakdown of how these fees are costed. No reply!
Guta was great!
Guta was calm, patient and easy to talk to. She was very professional and resolved my issues with a warm manner. Thank you Guta!
Causing grave financial loses
The only added value of FareHarbor is that you can connect calendars of different Online Travel Agencies like Viator and Airbnb Experiences, through an API connection. They say the connection is set up, but they just seems incapable of setting it up properly. This leads to overbookings, guides not being scheduled, lost bookings, poor reviews, etc. Work with FareHarbor and you will go bankrupt in no time!
Surprise fee added during online payment
I made a booking for a wilderness kayak tour and received a confirmation email with the total due displayed beside the button to "Make a Payment". Upon making the payment, I realized that the total paid did not match the original total displayed; an additional fee had been added, listed simply as "Fees" with a small "i" icon beside it. The tour provider explained that FareHarbor charges 6% when an online payment is made.
Captain BJ was THE BEST!
Captain BJ was THE BEST!! So much fun, so confident in her skills! She was the best captain for our bachelorette party!! I would recommend captain BJ to anyone!! She was perfect!
Beware of Charge backs
As an owner operator, one must understand that Fareharbor has zero legs in your game. They will email you and let you know that there is a dispute on a charge. Have you jump through hoops giving them information that they already have. That’s just to make you feel good for the moment. It’s really a joke. However, they can’t fight for you. Not only will they not fight for you, they say they have no leverage. Not only do they not have leverage, which it’s obvious. They have really no reason to care. It’s not their business or their money, really. Be careful when using a quick fix to your online ordering. Make sure you have at least a 50/50 chance of winning a charge dispute. Not a middleman living off of your business. I promise you, if you want to know about my situation. I will let you read and listen to whatever you want. If you chose fareharbor, understand when the email comes, that there’s a dispute, that money is coming out of your account and not coming back. Also, if you need anything remotely special for your online booking experience. They will tell you it’s impossible or it will take too long. This is a generic system that will burn you when you grow. Fell free to reach out. I have all the information for you and will share emails and website info. Beware, they don’t really care. They’re making money off of you, no matter how much you lose because, either they have zero leverage and can’t or just will not fight. It has to be about relationship with credit industry. I haven’t figured it out completely, yet. It’s just about the money.
Excellent Experience
From the very beginning, their support has been nothing short of amazing — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our business grow.
Every interaction we’ve had with their staff has been professional, efficient, and human. It’s rare to find a tech company where you feel like you’re talking to real people who care, who listen, and who go the extra mile to support you. They understand our needs and are always ready with clear guidance or quick solutions.
More than just a service provider, FareHarbor feels like a partner. Their team has been a key part of our day-to-day operations and long-term success. We’re very grateful for their dedication and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
FareHarbor complete package, 100% customer support
FareHarbor has allowed us to manage our reservation/bookings with confidence and ease since 2019.

5 stars all the way.
free " Tribe Tour" in Galway
We had a free " Tribe Tour" in Galway and loved it. Our guide Anna was giving her best and combining all the interesting historical and cultural facts with a funny humor. I can definitely recommend it!
No Response; Poor Customer Service
I tried to reach out for a demo and took awhile to finally hear back. When I did, I responded immediately asking some follow up questions. No word. Not a peep. I followed up AGAIN and no word for 7 days (and still no word--not even a courtsey). Clearly this male "Sales Operations Associate" has better people to sell to. I had heard some negative things about customer service, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Looks like they've confirmed this. It's bad when they're meant to be 'selling you' and instead they're ghosting.
0 Eficiency
They have beein driving me mad for a stupid sales report that they can do in two seconds from there end knowing their mobile functionaly is terrible, They made me waste precious time, by keep sending me stupid tutorials, instead of the damm document that they generate in seconds... Iam start to get tired....
