Kausar provided excellent customer service…
Your associate Kausar walked me through changing an order to reduce the number of chairs the person needed. Additionally, she sent me an email after we finished going through the change process and related refund for my customer. In the email it explained the steps we had just done and had a link to a video for future reference. That was very appreciated because I don't have these changes often, so I'll need the reminder. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge made it a pleasure to work with her.

FareHarbor's customer support cannot be beat! It is incredibly refreshing, especially in this day and age, to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a LIVE person, 24 hours a day, 7 hours a week.
